First time at Marco's. I work for an Electrician and we wired several of them. I decided to try a pizza because I had heatd they were good. I ordered the deluxe meat, NO MUSHROOMS. I live an hour away, picked it up was in the area got home and it was filled with mushrooms. After reading all your reviews I will never buy another Marcos pizza. I saw all your reviews for that store and I am mot happy with the prepping either. NO GLOVES, CELL PHONES ARE THE DIRTIEST. The pizza wasn't tjat great either. My own pizza is better. It seems like the owner doesn't care either.

They never get our orders correct. I kept thinking it would be a one time thing, or that anyone can have a bad day, but they consistently get multiple things wrong on our pizzas. Every single time we order.
I was unable again, to be able to place an online order. I called my location on Kingston Pike and the girl who attended me was obviously very tired. Rude would be kind. I ordered the meat lovers pizza combo with the 2nd pizza being a single item pizza so I chose a tomato pizza. The specialty pizza I requested was to be without Italian sausage nor bacon. I did request meatballs and extra cheese. The 2nd pizza was fine the 1st had no meatballs nor extra cheese. I called about this mistake and spoke with the same person who interrupted me and told me my order in a most disrespectful way. Unfortunately I've decided that I'm not a Fool nor do I tolerate them. If you seriously want a FABULOUS PIZZA call for pick up at PIZZA PALACE on Magnloia Avenue. BEST IN KNOXVILLE! Another lost customer to Marcos....Farwell.

With chain pizza restaurants I believe either you like their 'style' of pizza or you don't. In the past I've learned I don't like Marco's style as much as other chains but I do want to give them kudos today.
We were going to a friend's and they wanted to cater in Marco's from this location so we offered to pick it up on the way.
They were quick, they were friendly, it was super hot 🔥 and for as many item as we picked up reasonably priced.
If you live near this location and like it Marco's style I would recommend you order.

i ordered on the mobile app and asked for pineapple and ham and got home and they gave me pepperoni and ham
One of the worst places, racist and disrespectful, a door dash driver was told to go back to his country!!!! Very upsetting, never again buying at this place and making sure people know the kind of people who works at this place.., I’m absolutely disgusted…..I called to report the incident to a manager or someone in charge and that person hanged up on me……, what kind of employees are they???!!???

We ordered a pizza and 10 piece boneless wings. When we got home and opened the wings there were 4 normal size pieces and 5 very small pieces which were likely mostly breading. When we returned to the store I was told by the manager “this is what Marcos sends us in a bag”. My wife questioned the manager about using some discretion on what they serve for $12.99. The manager made no effort to correct the issue and immediately got confrontational and said would refund our money and I would have to leave immediately. Attached is a picture of the paltry order. The pizza was good.

Ordered the large deluxe for take out. Extra sauce, no pepperoni, add ham. Ticket on box confirmed the order. Got home opened the box. No extra sauce, pepperoni all over the pizza, overcooked and dry. Called back and was referred to the manager. When I reported the condition of the pizza she said "I find that hard to believe". She denied that it was overcooked. She offered a refund against a future order. I was not calling for that purpose but to report the condition of the pizza. Her attitude implying that I was making this up was unacceptable. Have ordered pizzas here before but with her attitude will probably not be back.
