Opened at 9am. I was there at 10. Long line stretching out the door and down the sidewalk. After standing in line for 30 minutes they were sold out. I applaud his success but it's important to have enough supplies to last through your business hours.

The food is awesome, but you legitimately need luck to be served. Even if you make it there during limited hours, there's a great chance they'll be out of ingredients or run out while you're waiting in a long line. It's a tease.

This place is awesome! The biscuits are exceptional and the sandwiches on them are just addictive! Even better, every single sandwich is made by the owner himself! A real artisan food experience and I know because also own a restaurant. He’s the only one there and it tastes like the owner is making your food himself, because he is. Get there early though because he closes when he runs out of biscuits, which was 10:30am on the day I showed up. But that just makes you want them more doesn’t it!

The quintessential hidden gem of a restaurant. Get there early because they can and will sell out of some ingredients. The concept is super simple, just a genuinely good and customizable breakfast sandwich sold on a warm flaky biscuit. That same simplicity allows them to absolutely perfect the tasty start to the morning. Periodically rotating ingredient options keep things fresh and service is always fast as they can be. If you've got a larger group, expect a bit of a wait since the biscuits are assembled and cooked in batches at the time of order.

I hate biscuits! That should tell you how good this place is! They run out of ingredients quickly, so we only had the egg and cheese biscuits. They were incredible! Imagine having their sausage or bacon or whatever else they have. The biscuits are made from scratch and you can immediately taste the difference! Go early! Taste excellence!

Finally got to experience this biscuits. They blew me away and I thought Matt was super friendly and chatted with us. There’s a reason why they run out fast, because they are so good. If you want them that bad then just make sure you go before 10. They are worth waiting on the line for.

Matt clearly has a passion for his small business! His biscuits are five star, obviously, but we were also so impressed by his funny personality and his kind recommendations. He immediately recognized us as out-of-towners and was quick to give us so many different recommendations for food and drinks. He even hand wrote them down for us while he was busy. Thank you :)
