In town for the first time on a solocation and wanted some breakfast food. Did a random Google search for food near my hotel and figured I'd drop in for a quick sandwich pickup before sleeping in more.They say the best things in life are the things you don't expect. Everything from the full flavor doughy gritty somehow equally melt in your mouth biscuit (garlic cheddar) to the egg, cheddar, sausage (they were out of bacon, which means I need to come back to town and try that), and green sauce, was delectable. Is this the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life? It's giving Top 2 and it isn't 2. Thank you!

Love me some Matt Robbs. Been a big fan for years & have always dragged my out-of-town friends here for the best breakfast in town. Yesterday, I went & offered to get my boss a biscuit. You can see his response in the pictures attached. Today, he reported back that my "only duty" was to go get more Matt Robbs biscuits, plus a couple more for others in the office to try.Matt's an awesome guy who pours so much love into what he does and the people he does it for. If you go - ask him about the genesis of his biscuit baking brilliance – it's a really sweet story that's stuck with me for a long time.If you go, I HIGHLY recommend a blueberry biscuit with bacon, cheese, strawberry jam, and butter. Lattes are fire, too. But honestly - anything you get will be delicious. He puts his heart in the details and personally perfects every single biscuit. Love Matt, love this place, LOVE these biscuits.

I am absolutely enamored with this place! Today 3/28 marked my first visit, and let me tell you, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. While waiting for my order, the guy behind the counter had us all in stitches with his humor and genuine engagement with customers, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.Now, onto the main event – the food and coffee. Oh my goodness, both were simply divine! Every bite and sip was bursting with flavor and made with evident care and attention to detail. Whether you're just passing through Knoxville or you're a local, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's a definite must-try for anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Found this on our drive through TN and so glad we stopped. Easy access off the interstate and OMG delicious. Matt was so personable and friendly, his food is absolutely amazing. The biscuits themselves were a gem but add the fresh ingredients and wow, worth it 100%.

What a great vacation breakfast! Husband found this place and so glad he did. I had the Bullfrog special and the blueberry biscuit was perfect with the egg and cheddar. I never get coffee at biscuit places but husband told me to trust Matt. Glad I did. The iced brown sugar oat milk latte was great. Ate in outdoor courtyard and made a wonderful memory. Matt is vey kind and welcoming.
