I love eating McAlister but I will never be back. I ordered lunch with fresh fruit and my fruits had mold. I am pregnant I ate little bit before I noticed these mold. I went back to inform them and they was unapologetic while informing them not only did I get moldy fruits but it’s bad for pregnant people and they didn’t even care. I’ll never be back. Y’all check y’all food before leaving if it’s a take out.

I've been to this McAllister several times always been a great experience but the last two times I've been there have been a decline. Previously they messed up my order not the end of the world, however today there was hardly any meat in the sandwich, I ordered soup that I never got, soda was flat, I don't remember paying $40 for two sandwiches before, and it was gross listening to the cashiers talking about their pink eye. I dislike leaving negative reviews but this ruined my lunch, ruined my day, and upset I didn't get enough to eat with my order being shorted.

Way overpriced (a drink is $3.69). Service was awful. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Didn't get what we ordered, was interrogated when we asked them to fix it, and the turkey "crunch" sandwich came with a whopping 2 chips on it. They were also out of Diet Coke in the middle of their typically busy day (not the first time) - in those multiple instances, they seem to have no idea how to make sure their kitchen is stocked, or staffed well enough to run efficiently.

Yum...sandwhiches r bangin, they're the best part imo...soups r pretty good, but simple and usually only ever the same ones, would b cool to get new soups sometimes, but at least the quality is always the same...bakers n salads r pretty great...havent tried the nachos but they look good, and everything else is pretty on point so I'm confident they r good as well.. It's alot like panera but slightly diff menu, def more options tho, as panera doesn't have nachos or bakers at all, and while McAlister's does have some good drinks n desserts as well, they aren't as impressive as paneras baked goods, but i don't go there for that stuff anyways, i go for the main meal items, but don't get me wrong, the special drinks and sweets that we have tried have still been good here...one of the best parts bout McAlister's is that service and quality have always stayed the same, not up n down like most places these days, so that's really nice having the consistency!!! Panera might b slightly higher quality, but McAlister's has more options and is still delicious, i would recommend eating here
