3 of us came to McAllisters to get a quick bite. I ordered my usual, a McAllister club sandwich. The bread was black and burnt. While buting into it, black slimy lettuce fell out. There was so much decayed old lettuce, and the taste was so off. I couldn't eat it. The other people with me ordered hot sandwiches and spuds, all of their food was cold, and they could barely eat it. The staff wasn't friendly by any means. So complaining or asking for a replacement felt like it would have been rough. We have had better experiences at other locations. I do not recommend ordering from here. Having issues with one order would be understandable... Issues with 3 on a big ticket is not understandable.

I ate there yesterday 1/13 got spicy turkey melt which has avacado and tortilla soup. after about 2 hours started feeling nauseous was sick the whole evening. feeling better today but not 100%. tried to call them so no one else would get sick cannot get answer

One, service seems to be a little slow, many behind the counter but only one running a register. Second, the original table that I sat at, number 421, was so unbalanced that at my tea just about fell over when I sat down. Seems like this would have been taken care of long ago.Otherwise the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean and overall it was a decent experience.Parking: Plenty of restaurant supplied parking.

I did curbside for the first time and I ordered McAllister club I’m sorry but I hated that sandwich. 1. I asked for white bread I got wheat. 2. The sweet honey sauce I didn’t like ruined the sandwich . I love the broccoli I will def order that! But I’m done with the club sandwiches I wasted money.. it’s not their fault I didn’t like it( but their fault for wrong bread)….. so $10 down the drainHad the club but not the soup like it saying in survey
