Had my first less than awesome sandwich tonight. I always get the beef sandwich with au jus. But tonight the meat was tough, dried out and grisly. We had delivery and the pickle was in a baggy that leaked all over the sandwich so the bread was soggy with pickle juice. My husband's Italian was great,which is our normal experience.

I have been to this Mccallisters numerous times and have NEVER received service like i did today!!! I have never had a bad experience but today I was completely blown away. We were taken care of by Zoe, and she went completely above and beyond for us. She made sure that we were taken care of in every single prt of the process and was the kindest person I have come acorss here- who seems like she actually enjoys her job (something very hard to come by nowadays!!!) I can’t speak...

Tried this place again after couple of bad to go experiences..I stayed away for months. Tried again, went ok for short while..now why in last 2 weeks sandwiches have stale bread? Come on, get fresh bread please!
