The service and quality of our meals at this location were outstanding! The manager is very pleasant and Hunter was so very accommodating to bring our food out to a table outside. My 90 year old father uses a walker and the handicap parking is a short walk to the door. We also had our yellow lab with us on the outside patio dining area. The best McAllister’s Deli that we’ve visited.

Incredibly friendly staff. I was kind of shocked by how friendly everyone I interacted with was. Gave the vibe of either they pay their people decently enough that people can bother to be nice (green flag) or that everyone working there is friends so it doesn't matter that they're not making a working wage. Either way, I hope the base pay is like $18/hr or more for the general attitude. Food was good, too, but it's always a good sign to me when the people you talk to don't look like they're waiting for a storm to knock the power out so they can stop toiling away for pennies.

Just picked up a door dash order from here was a double order. one order just had a single drink but the other one had two drinks. they didnt put it in a drink carrier just 2 drinks not just one in a flimsy bag and I wrecked my car trying to deliver the first order plus drive and hold the drinks at the same time the food may be fine but dont pick up double orders on door dash from this restaurant. also spilt the single drink i had in my cup holder while trying to hold the other two I can't believe they dont put their online orders drinks in a drink carrier more than 1 drink anyway
We have been coming to McAllister’s on Wednesday evenings for a couple years- two free kids meals for one adult dinner is so great. It WAS so great up until some time last year when the portion sizes significantly shrunk. Significantly. I know most places are increasing their prices and I don’t think they did so I accepted that. But tonight was so small I had to feed my 6 year old when we got home. Even worst was the “toasted cheese” my daughter was served. I hope the photo gives you an idea. It must be at least one day old and should have way more cheese. Very hard. Very dry. Like, not even food. They did mildly apologize- no explanation though-and remake and provide a free meal card. And I wasn’t going to write a review because I don’t want to cause trouble but after seeing so many negative reviews with similar complaints I decided to write this in hopes that somehow the accumulation of complaints might make a difference.

Our team had a business lunch there and as always, the food was great, the service was great and it's always a fun atmosphere there.
I love the ease of the drive thru window for pickup, and I’ve used it a ton! Tonight I submitted an order through the app and didn’t realize (until I got to the window) it was scheduled for pick up tomorrow. They were kind enough to make it for me! Such a positive end to a long day, even though it was my mistake. Excellent customer service!!
