I've been going to mcdonalds before work for years to get a large iced coffee with extra caramel and caramel drizzle, I just switched jobs so I switched the mcdonalds I stop at. This locations atmosphere is very dull, and they dont add the drizzle and rarely add extra caramel pump so i stopped paying for the options. Well today I was given a medium so I told the girl at drive-thru it was supposed to be a large and she proceeded to tell me it was a large when it clearly states on the cup that it's a medium for iced coffee. I don't have time to argue with someone first thing in the morning over a cheap coffee but this was probably the last time I go to this location. I should be able to get what I pay for and the employees should know how to pay attention and prepare an order correctly.
EDIT* - I continued to use this location after I received a response from the owner and the issue seemed to have been corrected until today. They attempted to hand me a small so I told them it was a large, a minute later they came back and handed me a medium so i just drove off with it and went to work. It's clear to me training doesn't cover reading the cup because anyone can look at this cup and see it says what type of drink the size covers.

Someone go teach them that double means two. This is the third time I've ordered a double cheeseburger from there and I've gotten one patty. Pretty sad when you're right on top of UT campus

I went through the drive through for a coffee. I was told to go to a mobile pick up spot, it'll be done in 8 minutes. After I think 12 minutes I was wondering where it was so I went in. It was waiting on me inside in the pick up location. I wasn't told to go in. I didn't really want to go in that's why I did drive through. It's not a big deal, I got my coffee.

This store has the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Rude during the day and at night. Do not place orders on the app for this location as they will refuse to make them even though it states 24/7 open. False advertising of thier services online and on app.

Isn’t illegal to cash out and take money out of an employees paycheck to repay personal loans between employees without proper documentation/permissions? Wonder what kind of lawsuit that is..
Very poor customer service during the later hours. Tried to get an online pickup after 2am and waited 15 minutes until I pulled up to the window and FINALLY got helped. Waited 10 minutes after that until I got my food

If you are a dasher, or you order a door dash, beware, they let their food stack up on the delivery shelf and take forever to help any delivery drivers. Even though they could call them out just like they do other orders. There was seven bags on the shelf when I first got in here.

It was a sweltering hot day. All I wanted was a Diet Coke. I got a Diet Coke. Then I couldn’t get a refill because they took the Diet Coke machine out of the wall. Then I stood at the counter like an idiot while nobody got me a Diet Coke. I ended up leaving and not getting a Diet Coke. This McDonald’s should put a soda machine and have workers who want to get me a Diet Coke.

The only positive thing about this location is Tameka she acknowledged me and stopped what she was doing from drive thru to help with the front counter while the mod or Gm just stood by staring at me along with every other employee, I noticed that their screen didn’t have any orders on it, and they still refuse to acknowledge the people that were waiting in the lobby not only that behind the counter was dirty in the lobby with a whole bunch of people waiting
