I ordered my usual 3 hamburgers, large order of French fries, a large at this McDonalds and the food was great the hamburgers were delicious and the French fries are the best. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice with a large dining room this location. Highly recommended 98

Disgusting place. Druggies in and outta the shitter, nobody using gloves or washing hands, hell the manager had dreads and was running around the kitchen yelling, not helping, swinging her hair around all the food.

Ordered a sausage biscuit and it came with a chunk of tooth in it( which was very much so not mine) when I called to tell them to let them know the manager responded with “I’m idk” and then hung up on me

Thank you mcdonalds on cumberland, for having my car towed within the 10 minutes i was inside ordering my food! maybe ask your customers if they have a car outside instead of just assuming it’s been left before you call someone to tow it? Luckily, i went outside just in time to catch the guy and have him drop my car, after explaining the situation. do better! that would’ve been a lot of money to spend for no reason!

My grandson was at childrens hospital. My girlfriend and I walked to McDonalds to get food for our family waiting in the waiting area. We were there about 8 hours. The food was fresh. Service was exceptional. Store was clean. I later went back for coffee at a late time and store was still open. I will be back to this location when in the area. Sincerely, Chad Odum
The absolute slowest McDonald's in allll of knoxville. It doesn't matter if you're ordering or doing food delivery. They can't seem to get anything right or even address the lobby. One girl in particular acts like she can't door her job. Give her the doordash code or name and still can't find the order but when she sends someone else it's right there. Clear orders and never had them out. You name it and thos McDonald's is great at messing it up.

The employees at this location do not want to work there. They always have a don't care attitude and are often on their phones texting while the customer is in the line, even at the window. At varying times, have been told the drive thru is closed, before 8:30-9PM. Have been asked at the intercom in the drive thru, are you using the app. When told no, the lady said you have to come inside to order, again while at the intercom in the drive thru. Employees were smoking marijuana right outside the restaurant. The morning shift is obviously more organized, but the evening shift turns into a circus, even with little to no customers. That's just the atmosphere, not mentioning how the food has been messed up. I'm surprised this location has not given out E. coli or salmonella.
