It's better than the McDonald's on Chapman Highway which isn't saying a lot, but at least the staff was way friendlier. They did be sure we got hot fries and our food was fresh but pretty much any McDonald's is chaos

I Spent $5.00 on a Big Mac that the Bun was Toasted hard almost Burnt the Meat was Burnt. The Drink was not worth putting the straw in it was even nasty!!! Would not recommend eating there to my Dogs!!

I ordered 2 breakfast meals and it took 30 minutes to get them. The pregnant lady on the front needs to be fired or just not work while pregnant because she is waay to slow. My order was only $16 and she took 30 minutes to get it to me unacceptable.

Indoor dining was very clean & decorated nice. However, we were the only people dining & it took forever to get our food. No one was at the front when we went in to order (I don't do Kiosk) I had to flag an employee down coming from the restroom who walked right past us w/out greeting us to say someone would be right with us. Management needs to train better on customer service skills. When we finally got our food our burger buns were way too brown & tough to chew on top & food barely warm. Again, we were the only people dining inside, all other customers were drive-thru.

This location needs some work. Their food is never consistent. Your burger is good but the fries are old. The fries are fresh but the burger sucks. They rarely get the order right. And don't get me started on the frappé. Every time we go and get one they're not even full. Plus there's chunks of ice all in the drink. Them damn things are too pricey to be getting half of what you paid for it and it be a freakin snow cone rather than a frappé.

I was upset that I ordered my food through the mobile app I pick up my order and when I get home, I was missing a few items and a couple of items was incorrect and taste, and like it has been sitting for a while I called the Store to let them know the issue and I spoke with the manager Nick quickly. Let me know. I can either come back the next day or another day or I could come back tonight. I chose to pick up my order. The food was for my children when I arrived at the store was very pleasant and corrected those items. I was very pleased with his professionalism. And kindness if it wasn’t for him, this would’ve been a different rating Thank you for making it right
