I was served a raw burger. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told “that’s not possible our gills are on a timer” and then he hung up on me. I called back immediately thinking the phone was disconnected and the manager and staff were laughing and said “mikes oil change” I said “no this is McDonald’s and I was just talking to you about my raw food” they then hung up on me again. very disappointed that employees cannot read and make a special order. ordered a big mac with no cheese or lettuce & what was on the sandwich? cheese and lettuce. I've worked in fast food before and it's not hard to read and make an order correctly.
