If it after 6 p.m. the service is terrible.

Horrible breakfast bagel. Steak, egg,and cheese and bunch of white stuff that I don’t know what it was.
Charged me for my nuggets but didn’t even put them in the bag and never handed me a receipt. Food was borderline cold when I got it.

Very fast table service (less than 5 mins), food was hot and tasted good, fries were good. They even still had the drink refill machine in the lobby. Staff friendly. The only let down was most of the free tables were dirty. They appeared to be having a shortage of workers, seein how the cashier, tables service and dinning area cleaner were all the same lady.

Served me a raw burger and when I called to have a refund sent the manager said @thats no possible” and hung up on me, I called back a second time and the manager was laughing with other employees and said “mikes oil change” I said “no this is McDonald’s, you just hung up on me, I had a raw burger and I’m trying to get my refund” they then hung up on me a second time. This is absolutely unacceptable. I’m going through treatments and while serving undercooked foods is dangerous, it’s incredibly dangerous for anyone going through treatments. The uncaring and dismissive attitude of management for a serious issue is deplorable and I hope the company takes it seriously.

Went through the drive thru tonight after placing a mobile order. Long story short the "manager" on duty working the 2nd window handing out the food needs to be paying attention to her job! She handed me 1 bag then closed the window. I had to get her attention and told her that I needed my drinks. She then proceeds to ask me what I ordered and took the bag away that she gave to me originally. As I drive away I check the bag bc the whole situation wasn't right. Sure enough the "manager"gave me the wrong order for the 2nd time!!!! When I proceed to go back the "manager" has a rotton attitude bc she can't send out a simple order. It's really not my fault that the "manager" can't read or get out an order without having to correct it 3 times!!!

I was served a raw burger. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told “that’s not possible our gills are on a timer” and then he hung up on me. I called back immediately thinking the phone was disconnected and the manager and staff were laughing and said “mikes oil change” I said “no this is McDonald’s and I was just talking to you about my raw food” they then hung up on me again. I went to the location and stood in the lobby for 10 minutes until someone came to the register. It was the manager, I showed him the raw burger and told him I wanted a refund and the names of who answered the phone and cooked the meat so I could let corporate know. He said “let me process your refund” after he processed the refund I asked again and he just told me to have a good night and walked away. Not only do they serve raw food, they treat it like it’s a joke. Absolutely disgusting behavior
Used the mobile app to pay for my order around 848 pm mobile order PM71. Ticket number 1311 Went through the drive through got cut off by a car then yelled at by the manager because we were not in the correct order. Was told to park in drive thru spot number 2. Staff brought out food and it was the wrong thing they took it back and they never came back out. Waited over an hour never recieved our food. Called the facility and the guy yelled at me over the phone said there was nothing they could do they were about to close down now, called me stupid for coming out on a holiday, told me to cancel my order. I was trying to explain to them I can't cancel it the app won't let me because it was already processed through and he hung up on me. Husband walked up to window said they would send manager to speak to him manager never came out and he went back to window they brought us some food not the correct food nor was it all the food so I spent 65 dollars to only get half of my order and was told they couldn't do anything else about it because they were closed and had cleaned up already and they were tired from being there all day.

Consistently rude employees that work at the first drive thru window. They dont ever say thank you. I mean never. I’m not saying workers need to do anything special but they do need to say thank you.

We made a mobile order at this mcdonald's after doing some shopping around knox The lady at the window was rude and unhelpful and told us to pullup to wait. We had to wait a full 35 minutes just get told that our order had been picked up by someone else. Absolutely terrible service.

The drink machines were out of flavor in the one that I drink and my husband asked for a girl behind the counter to get me some out of their dispenser and she just looked at my husband and turned around and walked away. But on a bright note, there was a very friendly young man that took it on himself to do it. I want to give a glowing report for him but a negative report for her.

Food was great but the service not so much..I ordered the buy 1 get one for a $1 mcdouble and they only gave me one so I had to order another one and did not get it for a buck, I had to pay over 3 bucks for it! 😤 And before I had even paid for it they called my number out so I didn't even know it was mine until I got my receipt so I had to get an employee to grab it for me cause they set it to the side which that even took forever and the people working here could barely understand me or speak English..
