The worst worst worst McDonalds to eat or get take away from the kitchen is really dirty and they keep brooms near our food no help for customers didn’t see anyone at counter to get orders for like 15 mins if we still tell them no one would listen to you and all deliveries are also packed in a dirty area

It was and amazing place Service is usually quick and efficient, even during busy hours. I especially appreciate the self-order kiosks and mobile app options that make customizing and ordering super easy. The staff is friendly, and locations are kept clean and welcoming.

Bonus points for the ever-evolving menu — from seasonal items like the McRib to regional specials and limited-time McFlurry flavors, there's always a reason to come back.

Perfect for a quick bite, a family outing, or a nostalgic treat. McDonald's may be global, but it still feels familiar and personal every time.

This Mcdonalds was so so good. We've mostly stopped eating there because the price has went up and quality has went down. We stopped after a dr.appt and was pleased. The Big Macs were fresh, the bun was soft and it tasted like they used to. The service was excellent also. Made us nostalgic for what Mcdonalds used to be. Shout-out to west Knoxville with the golden arches.

ABSOLUTLEY AWFUL. First ones in there and we waited 30 minutes before we decided to leave. We didn’t even wanna mess with getting a refund because all the teenagers were messing around and playing in the back. If we decided to get a refund it would’ve been a hassle and they probably wouldn’t have known how to do it. Managers need to do better when hiring kids who act like that. Hoping that location shuts down

Ordered a 2 cheese burger meal with only ketchup (pickles, onions, mustard removed), a 10 piece McNugget, and a mcchicken. We received 1 cheeseburger with everything on it?) 3 chicken strips ?) and 0 mcchicken. Horrible experience.

They prepare their food for dogs instead of humans, every time I go to the McDonald's in Clinton, I end up taking it back for the simple reason, I don't eat grill grime, clean the damn grill!

Food was old and burnt to a crisp like they tried to reheat it all and send it back out. The drink machine needs to be refreshed completely. And the service was the worst I had ever seen; no one knew what was going on, they ran my card before the gift card I asked them to use, and the girl seemed offended that after I had already paid I stuck around to get my food after having to pull off to the side. Overall the worst experience buying food I’ve ever had.
