Worst experience i have ever had at McDonalds...Tables were dirty..bathroom doors are locked you have to ask someone to unlock them..not enough help 2 people were on break sitting at a table and the 1 lady I asked a question on how to get in rhe bathroom she wouldn't even answer me the other one said we are on break you will have to get someone else to help you....food took 15 minutes to get and there was no one ahead of us....there are no condiments at all that you can reach ...I stood for at least 5 minutes waiting to get a drink refill while 3 ir 4 workers would just look at me and turn their head. .this mcdonalds should be shut down !

Couldn’t use the bathroom without a purchase even though it was a medical emergency. I explained I have lupus and kidney problems. Paige was extremely rude and not helpful. The cashier young man was going to let me use the restroom but she said no.

This was an awful experience...i dont recommend ever eating here. The food is ALWAYS subpar it seems, i.e. cold fries or buns stale in on area due to how long ago it was made etc ., and t this time was actually worse because I had a subpar drive thru attendant. I ordered a vanilla cone and it barely came above the cone and only filled the inside of the cone. I looked at her and chuckled because i thought she was joking. She wasnt, so i said "really?" She replied, "Yea, why?" I said i "cant believe thats all shes putting in the cone." She remade it and it was double the size it was, but its still a joke. Look at the picture w a pack of cigarettes for a size reference and to think this is "double the size of the 1st one!" I had throw it out as soon as I left because it was bad ice cream. It tasted like it was sour milk, probably where it was old and and got hot and the milk soured. I tried calling immediately 2 separate times to talk w management to let them know their ice cream was rotten but no answer. I hope nobody gets sick from it, esp. an undeserving & unsuspecting little child. Im going to attempt to call back because its sincerely troubling to think i could prevent it if only some1 will pick up. Get it together Clinton hwy McDonald's.

This is a good McDonald's. My family and I come here a lot. Of course McDonald's has the cheapest food around you get what you pay for. Fries are always good. I recommend the double quarter pounder of course. But it's a good family outing. Place a good couples date night. Quick bite. Nothing fancy but the restrooms are always clean. Tables are always clean. Service is always fast. I recommend going during day shift cuz that's when your orders going to be the most proper. For some reason anywhere I ever go on second shift it's just a wreck. But this location is impeccable. I highly recommend it and I will be back

The worst McDonald's location ever! Service is terrible they're not going to honor a mobile app order that is messed up...even with proof!!! This location has never changed just because you paint the outside does it change the inside. I never recommend this location to anyone!!!

I would give no stars if I could. I had ordered through the app and came to pick it up in the drive-thru where I had indicated that's where I was picking it up at and the first time I come through the drive-thru the kid at the drive-thru window tells me that the order was not paid for through the app so I drive off and deliver my Walmart return order that I was delivering for Spark. I come back to this McDonald's and I go through the drive-thru a second time and they tell me that I would have to come in for a pickup order even though this was for myself and not an Uber order or anything like that. I get inside and the manager with a lisp I'm not sure if his name but he had a very pronounced lisp and goes on to talk amongst himself with the other employees about how I just pulled off and they had to remake the order because I pulled off and so on and so forth. He needs to learn better customer service skills. This is the total opposite way of what you should be doing
Parking: Parking lot inside of Walmart parking lot. Near Murphy's gas station.
