The food is always good but even if you order on the app you still have to wait in line for about 20 minutes to get your food

Placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:20 AM and pulled in the parking lot at 10:25AM. They were busy so by the time we got to the speaker it was 10:32AM. Lady said the had to cancel our order since they’re not serving breakfast anymore. But our food should’ve already been almost ready for us. Lady was rude and not helpful at all. Came through 7/25/25

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Nothing‘s ever right the food is always cold. I have no idea how they stay in business and make any money because it’s garbage food. The manager, there should be ashamed of themselves for putting out food like this paying good hard earned money and getting crap cold crap

Horrible service as always
I’ve been in line for 40 minutes this is insane. Why do I order through the mobile app just to sit through this? There’s like 6 people in line and it’s taking almost an hour!? Get a grip on your establishment! Finally got my food and all of it was cold, such a waste of time and money.

By far the worst McDonalds food I have ever had. Full disclosure, this was via Dash Pass at 10:30 at night so it's not like my expectations were very high to begin with. But considering they didn't close until 1am, this is inexcusable. We ordered 40 nuggets, 3 chicken strips, and a basket of fries. At least 30 of the nuggets look like they had been sitting around for 5 or 6 hours (nuggets on the left) as did the chicken strips. I have never even seen their nuggets look like that before. The other 10 were old (as were the fries), but kind of what I was expecting. We ate the 10 good nuggets and threw the rest away because they were inedible ($40 down the drain.) This was not the Door Dasher's fault, this was McDonald's fault for ever allowing those to go out the door to being with. The worker who put this together should be ashamed of themselves.

Just doing my part to call out this terrible establishment. Something is bad probably every other time I go here but just now reviewing. Today, it wasn’t particularly fast getting us our food even though there was only me and one other person in the drive thru, but that’s par for the course here. The girl at the second window handed me two drinks without saying a word, closed the window, flipped off her coworker in plain view, eventually got us our bag without a word ever being said. As you can imagine, we didn’t get our full order. It was missing fries and a straw. I went in, waited too long (again) for someone to come to the front, said I was missing fries, again not a word said but eventually was brought the fries. Two out of three interactions with no words uttered from the employee, slow and bad service, and missing food. Like I said, that’s just how this place typically operates.
