Don't Doordaah or Uber from this location you never get your entire order. When going thru the drive thru check your order before leaving bc you probably got the wrong order or missing an item. They never answer their phones. I have asked for cooperates # many times so I can report them.

So they’ve removed the soda machines from inside their stores. When you go to get a refill they act like you’re stealing and request the cups so they can pour you the soda back into your own cup. WHAT!!!? So the prices increase, we wait longer to get served and now you got us waiting in lines to get refills like we’re peasants with our hats in our hands after paying $30 dollars for nuggets hamburgers and fries. You guys gotta fix that! It’s ridiculous and insulting. You just seen me order, you brought the meal out to me…why do I have to beg for refills on drinks I’ve already purchased. TRASH RULE AND TRASH SERVICE!!!

The whole place feels too burned out to care. I don't know if this is a franchise or corporate but it must be underperforming. - slow service - wrong food - manager MIA - bad attitudes

Ordered a Mcrib and my meat was cold. And of course the food you get is never right they put onions on it after I said no onions. On another occasion I ordered my food online so they had plenty enough time to make it once I arrived they pulled me up and then forgot about me for 25 minutes. All together it took 45 minutes to get chicken nuggets.

This McDonald's is the worst Maynardville Highway..food was awful an when i went in to let them no they were all standing in circle talking an laughing one of employees said to me this isnt burger king you cant have it ur way,very rude an the manager was right in their with them never said nothing why they were all laughing..Then told me they couldnt remake my food...Still gossiping an laughing awful place to eat,an need a whole new set of employees....The worst restaurant I've been in......
