Fryes were soggy and cold and my chocolate shake tasted like mint and I hate mint flavored anything.
The shift managers don't do their job. Don't ever order an iced coffee because it is never made right. The service is fast but most the time the food is cold and when you order a pie and they don't have it they won't tell you they just put in a different flavor of one. The lady who SETS in the first window you pay at is rude and gets mad if you use your app.if your eating in you can't get refills on your drink because their policy forbids it. I can go on and on with this one.

The big Mack was one of the worst things I’ve gotten there. It’s so messy and is mostly just bread and sauce. It barely have any meat except for the 2 pathetic patties. I also ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget and they did not even give it to me even this I paid for it. I would not recommend this location.
Not very good visit couldn't get any one to te counter there was liquid coming from the trash can and floor was very slippery because it was raining should of been taken care of more frequently

Manager on duty today was very rude and acting not responsible for not getting order right instead of just correcting the order at the window she said I have to go back and get in line again so I’m supposed to have cold food because she left out one thing never ever had I had this happen at any restaurant

Ice cream machine was "broken"...shocker!!Food was ehhh, and cashier seemed very inexperienced. Food came out quickly. There was quite a bit of street clothed young adult aged people walking back to the kitchen area, I assumed they worked there but they weren't in uniform and it didn't seem sanitary.

All in all, a pleasant, quick experience. Ordered 20 pc Nuggets, basket of fries, and three small strawberry shakes. Food was hot and fresh, shakes were delicious!The staff were courteous and helpful. ?????
