We got a double quarter pounder with bacon two days ago (6/25) and our burger was RED I mean the rawest burger you could imagine. Called and spoke with Josh who said we could come back and have it remade. Josh said he put our name down. Went back today (6/27) for my replacement and also ordered food. I was craving a Big Mac so I went through the drive thru. Got my Big Mac from an unfriendly service person, first issue. Secondly, when I got home to eat it, the sandwich had two beef patties, a little sauce on the bun. No pickles, lettuce or anything else. It’s to far to drive just for $5.34 sandwich. But very unimpressive from the unfriendly girl to the food. Will not be going back there.
So they usually forget to leave the cheese off anything I order, like 8 or 9 times out of 10, but on my big Mac yesterday, they actually left it off. they also didn't put anything on the top. literally nothing. I still top bun on middle but. smh
