I can say firsthand that some of the people who work there regularly come down with colds and don't wear masks. I really think that's very unhygienic. I really don't know how they can allow something like that. Customers could get sick because of this.

An employee refused to give my child a toddler toy with her happy meal so she is stuck with the Minecraft toy. She just turned 5 years old and doesn't want that toy. He refused to exchange it or to let me buy it! It's not like the toys are expensive at that point he should have just given her the toddler toy. I think this is the worst customer service ever considering the topic. Don't go to McDonald's on Middlebrook pike if you have young children.
