There needs to be a McDonald's near Krogers on Kingston Pike. You all are missing out on so much money. The parking lot to Krogers is so busy. I bet it would make a fortune. The closest McDonald's is like 25 minutes away. There are so many apartments. Like 40-50 big apartment buildings.

This store is a joke. Not only do they CONSISTENTLY get even the simplest of orders wrong, but they also have TERRIBLE customer service. Just an hour ago I put in a mobile order for delivery, was told it would be 20 minutes, and waited over 45. After waiting that extra time, I get a text that, lo and behold, my order has been CANCELLED. I call the store to inquire about what happened to my order, and a woman answers it, cuts me off, says it's "not her problem" and to "call doordash," and HANGS UP ON ME. I placed this order through the McDonald's app, and it specifically told me to reach out to the store for questions. I called back again, was IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON AGAIN, and then they just stopped answering their phone. I attempted to call an additional FIFTEEN TIMES. Whoever runs this Franchise is a joke, and so is this store.

As an uber eats driver, it is incredibly negative of an experience for the employees not to tell me that they left out a mcflurry because "the machine was down". The employees dont care one bit

Orange juice was lukewarm. How hard can it be to make cold beverages? Is it rocket science? Maybe I can recommend Spacex engineers to work here instead and maybe they’ll figure out how to make cold beverages.

I placed my order outside of the restaurant in my car then rounded the drive thru to receive it. I had very minimal interaction with staff which made it all the more confusing why I received hate mail in a bag
The first odd sign was it was double bagged. I look inside and the bag is coated in BBQ sauce on the inside and it casually got over my phone and cloths which is shocking because the presumed container it came from was open but relatively full. My fries we oddly cold on some of the tips as if they'd been licked and my mc chicken's mayo was too watery as if someone had spit in it
I have NO IDEA what I possibly did to deserve this, like, i get if I were being rude or something but I didn't interact with them. Why so mean to me?
So if you enjoy rolling the gatcha of "did they poison me because they're mad at the world and need a target" then come on down to this mickey Ds right off the highway

Terrible inside service. They act like you are bothering them. Drive thru is really good. Food is not usually hot. Fries are rubbery, burgers are so small and tasteless. Frozen coke was like foam and not an icee drink. The lobby seems so lifeless and cold. Not sure why they have a lobby.
Parking: Parking for eating inside is sparse in the front of McDonalds
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food for kids. Nothing to attract kids inside this restaurant. Boring.
The service was wonderful it was my biscuit that was really hard. I always get breakfast there every Thursday while we are filling up our work truck. The lady who works in Casey that's connected to the McDonald's is so sweet and caring
