For being a tiny McDonald's in a gas station they're better than many large McDonald's restaurants. Food was good quality (for McDonald's lol) staff was very patient and nice to deal with.
Tends to get dirty quickly as they only have a few tables but the manager tries to come out and keep up with them between orders.
One more note. They actually pay attention to special orders.

There needs to be a McDonald's near Krogers on Kingston Pike. You all are missing out on so much money. The parking lot to Krogers is so busy. I bet it would make a fortune. The closest McDonald's is like 25 minutes away. There are so many apartments. Like 40-50 big apartment buildings.

This store is a joke. Not only do they CONSISTENTLY get even the simplest of orders wrong, but they also have TERRIBLE customer service. Just an hour ago I put in a mobile order for delivery, was told it would be 20 minutes, and waited over 45. After waiting that extra time, I get a text that, lo and behold, my order has been CANCELLED. I call the store to inquire about what happened to my order, and a woman answers it, cuts me off, says it's "not her problem" and to "call doordash," and HANGS UP ON ME. I placed this order through the McDonald's app, and it specifically told me to reach out to the store for questions. I called back again, was IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON AGAIN, and then they just stopped answering their phone. I attempted to call an additional FIFTEEN TIMES. Whoever runs this Franchise is a joke, and so is this store.

They gave me cheeseburgers instead of double cheeseburgers. It wasn't worth going back and getting what I actually ordered by the time I got home to eat it. They weren't even busy so I guess they just weren't paying attention.

As an uber eats driver, it is incredibly negative of an experience for the employees not to tell me that they left out a mcflurry because "the machine was down". The employees dont care one bit
