9/10 times I’ve ordered apple pies online I either don’t get them or I’ll get a different flavored pie. 10/10 times I’ve ordered a bacon burger and remove toppings, they also remove the bacon which is extremely disappointing considering I’m paying more for the bacon. I just hope reading screens and orders are improved in the future

I initially received cold fries and came back to the drivethru and they gave me some warm fries and I ask again for them to drop some fresh fries and told them I would wait. The guy at the window was incredible respectful and kind. He did exactly what I needed from him and didn't give me any attitude or make me feel bad for asking them to remake them. His name was Shafone and I hope he gets some credit for his wonderful customer service.

Everytime I place an order using DoorDash McDonalds refuses to put the drink in the bag normally they have like a small drink holder that’s in the bag with the drink but I literally never get one and when I do it’s a water and not what I ordered.

Our beautiful drive thru girl whose name was Quesadilla made the freshest and most balanced McChickens we’ve ever eaten. She was so friendly and funny to interact with during our wait for the food. She had red hair and a septum piercing. Love her to deathKid-friendliness: Kids can eat here easily
