If I could I would give them 0 stars. Beth the manager was not helpful about our issue and instead acted as if helping us was an inconvence. She was rude and unprofessional. She obviously doesn't care about the costumers.

Usually, I get a 20 piece chicken nugget for myself and the old lady and I split a large fry and the nuggets are usually nice and fresh but this time it seemed like they had been under the heat all freaking day. They were dried out tough and kinda cool to the touch when I got them ended up, feeding them to my dog who also didn’t care much for him as he left one laying in the floor until the next day when I had to throw it outside

My favourite McDonald’s in West Knoxville.

They are regularly busy but the staff are always very friendly.

Unless some random person hold up the drive-through line, it goes through very quickly and very efficiently.

Be careful of some of the crazy drivers in the parking lot and the occasional homeless person with their cart having issues in the parking lot.

I normally come to this location a lot and know they serve fresh food and have nice service but today I did not receive either of these things. My mom wanted fresh fries and so she pulled around and waited (for only about 2 minutes) and she was brought hot but not fully cooked raw fries. I went inside for her to ask for new fries that were actually cooked to the standard amount of time (longer than two minutes and not white fries). The manager was a rude man who did not have any sort of quality customer service or communication skills (atleast in English I guess) and automatically insisted they were cooked for standard time and that we should get a refund (which I’m glad some solution was offered but to automatically check defensive, unprofessional, and rude with a customer who is showing nothing but respect and asking a simple question (to have well done not raw fresh fries) manners is honestly so disappointing ,disgusting, and disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this McDonalds, if I happen to I really hope that this manager and team of workers are not working… embarrassing to even have such an interaction with McDonald’s workers who have no common sense on how to speak to humans/customers or cook food

Great service through the drive through this morning. The order came out correctly and the food was hot and tasty. A very polite young man working the drive through. We were just passing through but would visit again if the opportunity arose.

I'm lovin it.

I like that I can just tap stuff on a screen and not have to interact with a human being. Even if you're extroverted, which is off-putting, you should still use the touch screen thingy because why would you not?

The only way this experience could be better is if an Optimus robot brought your food to your table.

They were awesome, so happy and friendly here I thought I was at Chick-fil-A lol. Their espresso machine was in clean mode and I was waiting a long time and without even asking the manager came and offered an refund and she gave me the one they made anyway. I will be going back to this location if I can!

This place was an absolute mess. We got there right before breakfast ordered breakfast and no one in the location could figure out how to get us to pay for the breakfast through the drive-thru. The individual who was at the drive to seem totally overwhelmed and had to get help two or three different times it was very slow and very inefficient
