It’s not just this McDonalds but it’s almost everyone I’ve went to and I usually don’t leave reviews but it’s gotten to that point, today I got breakfast because I had a dr appointment and the lady taking my order could barely speak English and I was told to pull to the first window when I did I sat there the the woman rudely banged on the drive thru window and looked at me like I’m an idiot and motioned me forward even though she said to go to that window she could have easily opened it and been polite but instead did that the lady at the second window was nice but the food was mediocre which was to be expected.

Been here several times and service just keeps getting worse and worse. Today at the window the lady was so rude, and for no reason at all. What happened to happy faces and polite customer service?! We just got our food and drove off. Order is always wrong and food is slopped together. Won’t be going back to this location and don’t recommend anyone using this location.
They are asking people to take a survey for a free breakfast sandwich and then they are telling you no you have to buy something first

I have written before about McDonald's big breakfast with pancakes. However, this location in Knoxville raised their prices and charged extra for an additional syrup. The total price was $7.75 with the sales tax. That was more than $1.60 more in price. I realize that everything is going up, but as a person on a fixed income, McDonald's in Knoxville are now off-limits to me.
