Order 1598 at 12:58pm 6/23/25 I ordered a Bigmac with extra cheese and tomato. all three tomato slices where stacked and made the sandwich disassemble on presentation. i can live with that. cooks are in a rush etc. How ever 2 of my McCrispy strips out of 4 were inedible with the texture of Rubber and gristle.
While at the driver through they gave me a half n half Ice tea and lemonade and forgot my dipping sauces for my McCrispy strips, When asking the staff at the window i was received attitude after having to repeat myself 4 times not a sweet tea but sweet chilly dipping sauce. I know i was clear the first time. But it seemed they made this transaction difficult.

Staff is a little snarky and I don't like that you have to ask to use the bathroom like you're back in middle school or something. Food usually takes a while to get to your table, but at least it usually tastes good and it's as fresh as it can get for a fast food restaurant.

I don’t know what changed but the past 2 times I’ve been here the food has been absolutely disgusting. Order was wrong, food was cold and I even went through the drive thru. Sweet Tea was watered down and not sweet at all.

Slow, skips your order if you use the mobile app, makes you wait on their time for their order, and still gets your order wrong! I have seen the drive through line clear completely THREE TIMES and have been waiting on my order for nearly 25 minutes since I PARKED. this place is a joke and everyone who works here is a fool with 0 idea of customer service.
