This is the better of the 3 McDonald's around our house and it is a disappointment too. We went tonight to try limited time spicy mcnuggets, got a 20 piece of regular mcnuggets. I guess the fault is mine for not checking. Instead, I just thought, they read my order back to me, my receipt says "Spicy" the drive through board said spicy, how hard would it be to make sure my nuggets were the spicy ones we all agreed I ordered and paid for. Heh.It's always something with this place. If the other ones weren't worse....

Restaurant shows they close at 12am had a mobile order, showed up at 11:42 and no one would help me as I drove by there snickering in the window like a bunch of little children and these are the people thinking they deserve more money if they would do there job then yea they deserve it but 9/10x your order will be wrong and when you tell them they get all pissy like come on if that's the skill you have is to flip Patty's atleast do that right
