This McDonald’s pays employees to return customers who have already paid away don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time.I’m not sure why the employees are getting paid since the restaurant says they’re open. It allow me to make an order but when I get to the drive-through, they’re not accepting orders it was cash only even though it was already paid for through the app and I have to wait till late home office is in At 7 AM to get a refund… why have your hours open? I pay employees while out orders to be made. If you’re not gonna fill the orders if I could give less than one star, I would’ve horrible customer service she couldn’t even tell me how to try to get my money back other than wait till 7 o’clock or if I need my money right now to get more food worst McDonald’s ever what a joke

To their credit, the workers were very courteous and were obviously trying their best. But they were clearly understaffed. We ordered 2 2 cheeseburger meals and we only received 3 cheeseburgers. We were too far away to receive a new one when we realized. Very frustrating.

I literally have never been displayed in such a poor manner customer service buy a manager and a staff that was so very rude for no reason at all. I was simply trying to get a refund for an order they had messed up but after standing in the lobby in front of the cash register for 15 minutes after being ignored, and brushed off when literally the only thing I've been trying to get was a refund for an incorrect order I ended up having to just leave the food sitting there next to the cash register without a refund that was the worst customer service experience I've ever experienced the cashier was spaced out and whoever that was wearing the manager seems to be very young I never thought I would receive that kind of customer service from McDonald's will there be paid for food I did not get to keep nor did I get a refund! I will show the general manager tomorrow the recording I recorded signifying such as well as the mobile app order

This is one of the worse McDonalds I have ever been to! These workers are so unprofessional it got to the point where I was arguing with them through the drive thru when all they had to do was DO THEIR JOB AND TAKE MY ORDER. I was rude, disrespectful, none of that and they still made a problem out of nothing. I ended up not even getting my food and I don’t play about my food; I was hungry too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be calling corporate! Don’t apply for this kind of job if you don’t want to do this kind of work! TERRIBLE customer service never again.

Try to visit every Friday on the way to work. Systems are constantly down, can’t use the app. Very slow and unorganized service, very rarely a friendly greeting.

Figured I'd give them another chance tonight. Went through the drive-thru, no one even answered in one line. So I sat there for about 5 minutes while other cars went through the other line blocked in and they wonder why people avoid McDonald's!! I'll continue to go to Wendy's
