The food was not made the way asked. We ordered a small sweet tea the boy at the window kept saying it wasn't on the screen or reciept. We understood it wasn't on screen and we were willing to pay for a tea. We pulled away called to talk to a manager and were told we'd have to call back because manager was on a 30-45 min break. We turned around and went inside. The manager named Izzy did make things right.

I downloaded the the McDonald's app so that I could visit more easily by ordering and paying through the app. I have grandkids. Works great! On this visit, I was greeted by a young worker who greeted me and then waited a minute to take my order number. He then came back on the speaker and said in Spanish that he didn't speak English and could I speak Spanish. I guess he didn't expect me to answer yes and then begin speaking. He then started laughing and said he was joking. I didn't think it was funny at all. It was racist, insensitive and very unexpected. When I pulled up to the window to get a receipt, he stood at a distance with his back to me and never opened the window. I was handed my order at the next window and was pretty upset. I wrote to corporate and they stated they would have the restaurant contact me. No one locally contacted me, and thus the 2 star review. Train your people better McDonald's. I will never go to this restaurant again and have lessened my visits to McDonald's ever since.

Disrespectful employees. Went over to get something to eat they said dinning room was closed and we can't walk up and order anything from the drive thru. We are truck drivers can't fit a semi in the drive thru.

I find it very convenient that the last three times I have went to your store about 7:15 am to only be told that your smoothie machine is being cleaned or down. Seriously, if you don't want to sell them then take them off of the menu. Do better!

Worst service ever. Ask for ketchup and they didn't want to get me the ketchup I asked for. Would not use my coupon. Very rude at the window. Call to talk to the manager and could not even talk to the manager.

If you go there past 9 pm, everyone’s blooped out on fent, they will never give you the right thing that you ordered and when you tell them it’s wrong they’ll shut the window in your face!

The worst service I made a order from a happy meal for my daughter a hamburger they sent a hamburger without bread , and I called and the person was very rude. I had to make another order for the hamburger so I payed 2 deliveries, and the second hamburger arrived without meat TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The food was not even warm. Service was spotty at best, it took someone more than 5 minutes just to come take our order and over half was missing and the rest wasn't right, we couldn't get service after the order was placed. There were no condiments available and the straws and napkins were both out, every table in the place was dirty, so I went to ask for condiments and the guy I asked said to ask another employee and at that point I was already over this experience.

Not 24 hours as they claim to be. Went at 330 and was told systems don't open till 4. Tried to make sure this was correct with a real human as it sounded like AI talking to us at the drive through. Man never looked out window at us even though he was siting at window.
