I ordered an egg McMuffin this morning and received this. I called to see if I can get it replaced or get a refund and they said the way I ordered it was wrong. I asked how am I supposed to order it and Tonya (the manager I think) said I should have said egg McMuffin. That’s exactly what I said. They made a small mistake but the way it was handled was not how it should’ve been. Not coming back for a $1.50 refund.

This McDonald’s turns off its lights at 10:30 and refuses to take orders anytime after. I live right down the street from this McDonald’s and this is the third time I have placed a mobile order on a Saturday and been refused service during their posted operating hours (Google and their online app shows this location is open until 11pm). The last two times I showed up between 10:30-10:40 only to be told by the same employee (a kid which ironically both times walked up to my car at the drive through in the middle of smoking a cigarette) that they’re closed. This last time I brought up that their posted hours are until 11 and he just shrugged and said, “I don’t know what to tell ya, we’re closed.” I honestly don’t blame the kid - Clearly horrible management and an owner that couldn’t care less. If the owner is fine with this, it makes you wonder what else he couldn’t care less about/the potential to cut corners where the food is made. I won’t be returning that’s for sure.

Food is what is expected from McDonalds. I've been to this location many times to see if the service improves, but I've been disappointed each time. Drive through young lady is very rude and not pleasant to customers. Unfortunately, this is one of the few fast-food restaurants open late in the evening near my residence. I would rate this location higher if not for the service.

I honestly don’t know how this McDonald’s has such a low review score. The service is exceptional, and I’ve always received fresh food, including my fries, which in my opinion is a shortcoming at a lot of McDonald’s locations I’ve been to previously.

The manager, Michell is nasty mean. She demanded I pull forward even though there was nobody behind me so she could cheat the timer. I asked her what the problem was. I only ordered a burrito. She started to get really mean so I asked for my money back after 10 more minutes of sitting in the same place she finally gave me back my money when the food would’ve been ready before. I will call Corpret.

We have been living in the area for over 10 years, and unfortunately, this McDonald’s location has consistently provided a poor experience, with only a few exceptions. Today was another disappointing visit. It took over five minutes for someone to respond at the drive-thru speaker after we had circled around twice to check both speakers for any technical issues.
On top of the long wait, the employees were extremely rude and appeared very sloppy. While I understand this isn’t a five-star restaurant, there should still be a standard of professionalism, especially when handling food. I also recognize that the owner may or may not be local, but there should be better control over this location’s service and management.

Updating from 5 to 2 because I guess things have changed since I gave them 5 stars. Second time and I forgot again to check that the food was right. Ordered a double quarter pounder, added two patties. Charged right on the receipt, only have 3 of the 4 ordered burger patties. Second time this has happened. I wish I'd remembered they'd done this to me once before and for myself to double-check the order.

I live right by this McDonald's. So it's very convenient for me to go there. Unfortunately, sometimes my orders are incomplete. So a little tip for everyone at any fast food place. Check your bag before you leave every time.
