I have used or referred Pat several (at least five) times, but never again. Very poor on follow up when there's a problem, took several weeks on two separate occasions to correct errors in setup (one of which was a 10-minute fix), does not listen well.

Pat and his assistant did great job moving a full - size slate table for us just ahead of our movers showing up. They were ontime and held to the price quoted.
Bought a used pool table and it was a nice experience. They give a total price includes tax, delivery, setup and surprisingly decent accessories (6 decent cues, aramith premier balls, table cover, even a book about billiards). I spent time looking at other options and with other places I and of knew I would be buying better stuff in short order. Nothing to upgrade with the set up I got.The install was nice and fast, I managed to see most of it and they weren't just get in and get out, they took some extra time and made sure everything was properly aligned and super level. They also left zero mess.
