I'm just gonna put this here if you hate your job don't take it out on paying customers I went tonight to get dinner for my kids and the customer service blew my mind sitting on a stool and taking orders and being hateful. The mcdonalds manager should be ashamed!!!!!!

I was treated like crap by the staff and management the cashier accused me of handing him fake money then refused to give it back i had to go to management and what ten minutes to get the money back

Several times I've came to this location and had to deal with less than pleasant attitude from the employees if this was the first time I wouldn't bother with this review but it seems to be an ongoing attitude at this location After I ordered my food which by the way was not fresh. My chicken McGriddle was old and you can tell the chicken was not fresh. But I asked the employee for a cup of ice and instead of walking up and getting me a cup of ice or ringing me up for a cup of ice. If that's the policy he looks around for the manager and then ask the manager who's supposed to be and running the front. The manager then replies to him as they're discussing who's not doing their job. I again asked for a cup of ice only to be ignored because the cashier it was running. The front came walking up from the restroom and then they discussed with him why he wasn't at the register. I again asked for a cup of ice. Finally, the young man walks over to the register to ring me up for a cup of ice. That should have been free by the way because another location in Farragut yesterday a cup of ice was free but apparently on magnolia in an area that is predominantly black and poor. A cup of ice cost $1.59 which is unheard of for a couple eyes. It cost the same price as a bag of ice but back to my story the young man rang me up for a bag of ice and I said I did not ask you for a bag of ice. I asked you three times for a cup of ice and he argued with me and said no lady you asked me for a bag of ice!! Which I did not. I asked him three times for a cup of ice I go to this location for its convenience because it's close by but this totally decreasing food quality and is steadily increasing rude behavior of the employees has made me think twice about ever going there again. I would have voiced my complaint to the manager instead of writing this review if but for the fact that the manager was standing right there with him the whole time and at no point corrected him so apparently this is the only McDonald's in the south of Southern region that doesn't practice. The policy of the customer is always right I'm assuming since they're able to exercise such racist policies as charging for a free cup of ice, their main concern isn't the satisfaction of the customer

The manager just told me they do t take Apple Pay. (Payed using Apple Pay at the first window. ) They forgot my sweet tea. I really wanted it so I said forget it I’ll pay for another . I didn’t have enough in change so I said hey I got Apple Pay. I guess this whole encounter is taking too long for the manager because u can hear the scream “ naw we don’t take that “ like this isn’t 2025 and a freaking McDonalds. In the end I lost money got no sweet tea am thirsty as heck rn after scarfing down a large salt with fries. But hey who cares cause they apparently don’t take Apple Pay

This store could use better management, and employees. Every time I eat here they leave something out of my order. Most of the time the food is not good quality. The employees can be very rude, we always ask for condiments and never get them. Never have any napkins. I called once about my order that I had purchased the night before, the manager would not refund my order even though I wasn't able to eat what I purchased. The prices are higher than ever, but the quality of food and service are very poor. My husband and I spend a lot of money here and eat here regularly because of the location near our home. I wish the food, and service were much better than it has been.
