This store could use better management, and employees. Every time I eat here they leave something out of my order. Most of the time the food is not good quality. The employees can be very rude, we always ask for condiments and never get them. Never have any napkins. I called once about my order that I had purchased the night before, the manager would not refund my order even though I wasn't able to eat what I purchased. The prices are higher than ever, but the quality of food and service are very poor. My husband and I spend a lot of money here and eat here regularly because of the location near our home. I wish the food, and service were much better than it has been.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order. I’ve been sitting here for 45+ minutes already. I’ve seen multiple people get their food before me. I’m sure the customer who ordered the DoorDash is pissed and probably at me even though it’s not my fault. This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in Knoxville.

Every Mc’D’s is remodeling taking out the self serve drinks since Covid. I’m guessing to add space for the employees and save money on soda refills and paper goods. I don’t much care for it. There’s never any ketchup in the lobby either. Only ketchup packs which aren’t even worth using.

This store doesn't even deserve a star. Every time my husband does a mobile order, he doesn't get his food. They mark it as completedthe moment its received and never bring it out. When you ask customer service for a refund, they tell you to contact the store. They don't answer the phone. So i went down there and the staff was not pleased in my asking for a $7 refund. When I went myself and got a mobile order, they forgot all of my nugget sauces and the nuggets were old. They put cheese on my burgers when I requested none. My husband never saw his second mobile order and I never bothered to chase down a refund for $5 worth of food. Don't waste your money here. Go to wendys instead.

How this location is still open is beyond me. Wait 10+ minutes curbside, then an additional 15+ minutes at the window. Manager is ridiculously inept. Incapable of even telling me they were the manager or giving me their name ("Aaron" is what the teen trying to help and actually do their job advised). Food I received was incorrect. Items were missing as well. This community seriously deserves better than to be constantly exploited by this company.
So far, 20 minutes on hold with McDonald's and still don't have a human being in customer service on the phone. This is the absolutely worst fast food restaurant in Knoxville. Hands down, no need for a recount.
