Everytime I go to this McDonalds in the evening my order always gets messed up I went to this McDonald’s tonight paid for my order was asked to pull to the number one parking in a person would Bring my food out waited 10 mins went inside to find out my food was given to someone else a young cashier came to the counter with a smart attitude I ask for the manager she came to the counter and helped me then when I finally got my food after waiting 20 mins the chicken sandwich I ordered was not correct and the fries where cold this location needs brand new night staff management needs to take care of this issue I will never go back to this McDonald’s and I’m reporting to the BBB

I know that it's probably an oxymoron to say you want quality food at a fast food restaurant, I can say that this particular restaurant does not serve quality or the kind of customer service that McDonald's used to provide. In spite of specific instruction when placing an order, no one listens no one passes the communication on consequently I receive lukewarm items but pay more. We have all but stopped coming here. There are much better places.

Why is this store so bad??? 10 minutes is a short wait time, even if it’s slow and the orders are almost always wrong or missing something. The only reason I go to this one anymore is if I accidentally order from the wrong Broadway location on my app. The people who work there are nice, but there is zero management.

This is one of those stores you go to because it's close to your office. It's dumpy and the line is consistently slow. Sometimes you're hungry enough that convenience wins. This was my last time at this location. Fourteen minutes in line before I hit the window. At the window I was asked to pull off and wait in a numbered space. I ordered a quarter pounder. 14 + minutes for a quarter pounder. I actually had a meeting and had to bail. Cochran McDonald's got my cash and I got nothing.
