Restaurant is mostly clean (bathroom is an exception) but employees hang out outside the front door to take a break and smoke and that attracts homeless and vagrants which gives the place a bad vibe

Very very fast drive through. Went around 7:30am on Wednesday. Friendly employees. Food was fresh and hot. The whole interaction took maybe 5 minutes. Very pleased and will be returning as a customer.

I went through the drive through and they gave us the wrong order. My mom, who is a senior citizen, took it in to have it replaced. The manager told my mom that she didn't pay for any of that food and took it from her. My mom proceeded to tell her the order and the workers in the back started yelling at my mom that "today isnt free food day." Can you imagine the humiliation that my mom went through with a crowded lobby?! Mom said she would try to find the receipt and call corporate. The manager then yelled at my mom "you go ahead and do that!" I called corporate myself. No amount of coupons is going to take away the humiliation that my mom felt. Pathetic excuse for employees and management.
