I had 2 orders.got the 1st,no problem. then the mgr called my number handed me a bag I said this is it. yes she said,today I had something really important going on,so my head was somewhere else or I would've looked. got to were I was going, i only got 1 meal I ordered 5.try to call, several times phone straight to voicemail.nt sure how u cal to tell them about a mistake when they jus let the phone ring.i go back 4 hours later,receipt in hand,different mgr,girl that rung me up still there remembers everything.here comes male manager,proceeds to tell me he called my number an I didn't come to counter.ur right I left when the mgr told me I had all my food.so u know that I didn't get my food.he was not going to replace the food or my money,he had to make phone calls.i came in saying I didn't get my food,apparently u know I didn't.like I did not know McDonald's had penelties an thought I was going to leave without my food or money. I spent every dollar I had to get that food, really important day. I was dumbfounded.explain to med the rules here. it was so crazy.one last jab took them 20 min to make mcdouble,quarter pounder,10 nuggets 1basket of fries. I watched people after me leave way before. it was awful

Great customer service! Had a huge to go order. Staff was very patient & considerate. The order was correct, no items were missed or messed up! Sausces that were requested were all in the bag! Food was hot & fresh!!! Definitely would recommend this location!

They get my order right about half the time. I've never received an order from the window at the drive thru; they always ask me to pull around and wait. I think the food runners are either ex cons on a work release or possibly addicts in a drug program.

On 12/4/24 my husband and I went through drive through and ordered our meals was told to pull up in a spot and it would be right out. Some time went by and nothing. They kept having cars pull forward and the kid that was trying to deliver them could keep up he came to our car and tried to give us the wrong order. Then came back and asked what we ordered. At this point I went inside to see what the hold up was and even the lobby was full of people waiting. Isn't the point of fast food to be fast the employee base that was there didn't know what went where and it definatly showed!

First shift at this location has some rude employees who look like they really dont want to be there so friendly is off the table. 4 out 5 times I've had to go back in after leaving the drive thru to get my order fixed
Kid-friendliness: When they have multiple kinds of toys you tell them you have 2 boys one will get a boys toy and the other one got a girl's toy so when I asked about it they responded with that's the only toy they have when they clearly was able to give a boy toy in one happy meal
