Usually I love this McDonald's and it's my go to if I want McDonald's and tonight was just not where I wanted it to be I mean we paid almost 4 bucks for a large fry for it to be this empty. That was getting shared between two people and I'm just so unhappy with it.

Have never had an issue getting a pup cup from a McDonald's until today. Whole staff acted like they didn't want to be there, except the person who ran our food out. Fries were very undercooked. Not excited to see the state my burger is in. I get it's McDonald's, but this is incredibly disappointing.

Every single time we order from this McDonald’s the order is wrong. We door dashed an order tonight and of course our order comes short several items. They refused to fix it and the staff were awful to the dasher who tried to get them to fix it for us.

Just ordered at Mcdonalds on Western Ave for curbside pickup. Sat and waited for almost twenty minutes before I decided to go inside and see where my order was. They put my order on the door dash shelf. It had a ticket on it that said curbside. They really need to pay attention or learn to read

Went through the drive through to get 4 apple pies took over 40 min the way this mcdonald's is set up.I tried to get out of line to just leave and I was trapped in line, so I figured why not order. The girl who was at the window, collecting the money Vaped in front of customers five times that I seen. Very unprofessional, being on their phone and vaping in the restaurant

We usually love this mcdonald's but my husband & i recently went through for lunch 2 days in a row and got burgers and they did not put onions on the burgers both times , which we paid for. We then called mcdonald's to let them know and the employee that answered the phone proceeded to argue with us that he had watched them put onions, as we told him that there was none on the burgers, and then proceeded to hang up on us. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds.

stopped by on a road trip about 20 minutes ago and felt absolutely sick to my stomach when i went to dump my fries in my mouth and found a dead bug. if i could give this place a 0 i would. the manager was absolutely unprofessional and unphased when i told her i found a bug in my food. she said she would “only refund it if i brought it back.” absolutely ridiculous HORRIBLE costumer service. never going back would not recommend anyone else to either.
