Went through drive through ordered 2 mcchickens and a McDouble waited 30 mins+ made me late for work they made me pull forward came out and asked multiple times what I had still took forever my expectations were already low that’s why my order was so simple food was pretty good but not 30 minutes

It's McDonald's nowadays it is not the same as it was 20 years ago it's garbage no one wants to help and it's too expensive for the garbage food you get and if the food wasn't bad the food's amazing compared to the service but if you've been to any McDonald's anywhere you know what I'm talking

Stopped here for lunch. Food was prepared fast and the fries were fresh and hot. I doordash occasionally and of all the fast food places in Knoxville McDonald's really does a great job on doordash orders.
Racist people. Absolutely awful service.They messed up my order.And then when I called the manager hung up on me.Disgusting service. Wasn’t worth my money or wait time.
Don’t bother ordering curbside. They will not bring it out. It will get placed on the rack for delivery and forgotten. By the time it’s found, it will be ice cold.

Last 3 times I have done a drive through at this McDonalds, something has been bad! The Big Mac was cold and the fries were as well, I have got to remember not to ever stop here again. They cheated me out of money the last time I was here. SO BE AWARE FOLKS THS PLACE IS NOT MANAGED WELL AT ALL!
