Just purchased 2 LG mocha frappes with extra chocolate drizzle. Paid $1.00, 50 cents more each. They always put the extra in the cup. They handed me 2 normal frappes. I said I ordered extra chocolate drizzle. I was told they don't put on the sides anymore(there was no extra on top it barely had any) yet They charged me a $1.00 only to tell me they don't do that anymore. McDonald's on Merchant dr. In knoxville will not get my business until they figure out how to run there's.

It's McDonald's so you can only expect so much. But the drama here. I had to repeat my order at the drive-thru 4x because the poor guy working the window couldn't hear me over the several females screaming cussing and fighting behind him. I'll avoid this location at all cost in the future. I wasn't surprised to see the Farris name on the window either. Many of their locations are like this.
