this place genuinely just sucks. Food is never made right rude workers. They claim they can’t make the food because the cooks are gone when the whole time they are outside smoking. makes sense why fast food is held to such a low standard around here.

THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR FOOD EVERYTIME. They will give you a bacon quarter pounder with NO BACON. At night they want to claim they can’t make food because “the cooks are gone” but in actuality they are out front smoking and don’t want to do their jobs and then will serve other people.

The service at this location was horrible! I stood at the counter for several minutes until someone chose to acknowledge my presence even though there were multiple workers walking past me. One girl was singing and dancing with ear buds in her ears and looking directly at me as if to say (without saying) “I ain’t helping you…”. The girl who did help me had THE worst attitude ever! When I asked for condiments her response was “WHAT?”, as if I had no right to bother her. She tossed the condiments tray on the counter and walked away with attitude. Horrible experience!

This place isn’t only the worst McDonald’s on the face of the planet. It’s the worst fast food establishment on the face of the planet. The staff is rude. The food is trash 10 out of 10 do not recommend. If you want to wait 30 minutes for just a drink, I would suggest driving an extra five minutes up the road to the other McDonald’s.

Alright, so I do doordash. I got a simple order for a couple of meals, mcflurry, and a soft drink; simple. Right!? I waited 20 minutes, none of the staff came up to me at all and when it came time to get my order I DOUBLE CHECKED and asked if everything was in the bag, I got a “mhm.” When I finished delivering it the lady calls me and tells me that they forgot both of the drinks (which if you don’t know they normally have the food on one side of the bad and the drinks in a carrier on the other in the togo bag) and also missed a WHOLE meal. If it were me I would never come here, based on my first experience, and not being able to complete an order. Mind you there was just me there! Ridiculous.

Merchants Rd McDonalds:Trash in parking lot, overflowing trash inside. Too focused on drive thu neglecting indoor customers. Kiokse out of printer paper. Got gravy biscuit w/ very little gravy.Table trim off on at least 2 tables. Uncomfortable seating and cold inside The worst McDonalds I've seen in 50+ years!! Skip this one and thank me later!
