The 2 gentleman working each window on July 25th Friday at 220 PM need a raise probably bigger than McDonald's can afford. They were both cool as a fan , polite, and even though I didn't check the bag. For I've l once my Mickey Dee's order was correct, I had a straw, and wait for it.... Napkins without asking.

Went thru their drive thru and man working and handling the food had long hair not brushed n not tied back. Was not a good sight and definitely made me not want to eat the food!

The food was cold and they got someone who can barely speak English, no disrespect, at the drive thru window taking orders, they always do this it’s been like this for 2 months now, it’s always someone who adds on things and gets and attitude with you when you arrive to the window. The food have green spots on it and I have picture evidence, my child is sick from there mchicken, I will be suing broadway McDonalds this upcoming week. 7/20/25

Since when is it acceptable to continuously walk past a customer standing at the counter? Had 3 different employees walk passed me and completely ignore me then Had to go back in because of course they missed an item and the same 3 employees did it again. Worst customer service I've ever whitenessed

I completely understand it's fast food. Definitely a disappointment. Doors to restrooms are locked so that means you have to wait in food line to "ask" to use the restroom. Congratulations I will not eat lunch at this location!
I placed a mobile order and when I got to the window they said they were out of sprite and their ice cream machine was broken. So I ask for a Dr. Pepper and an apple pie instead. My Dr. Pepper was out of flavoring as well and the fries were burnt. This McDonalds never fails to give me problems. This is the last time im going there.

Biscuit and gravy was good; but, it wasn’t hot - kinda warm. OJ was too watered down again! Lobby was cold and chairs weren't very comfortable. Usual garbage outside.
Vegetarian options: Needs some healthy options like grilled chicken and salad. Something beyond clog the arteries deep fried.
Recommended dishes: Biscuits and Gravy, Quarter Pounder Hamburger, Sausage Mcmuffin

Have to place an order, for the employees to open the lock on the restroom door. I realize your trying to detour drug addicts from using the bathroom to get high, but seriously even addicts just need to pee sometimes people. Plus the employees are kinda rude during lunch...
