This is the rudest McDonald's I have ever been to in My Life stood there 20 minutes waiting on my order to be took only for the managers in the back to say I was standing there with attitude after I waited 20 minutes just to be greeted while everybody else around me got helped

What is the point of having curbside pick up? I’ve had four instances now of placing a order for curbside for this specific McDonald’s and those four times I have had to come in and get my order because they have it packed with Uber eats and DoorDash orders. Having to come and pick it up if he’s the whole purpose of having curbside, does it not? I’ve never had this problem with the locations at Merchant, Western Avenue, North Broadway and Clinton Highway.

I don’t understand how hard it is to take an order for one and get it correctly when we tell the cashier what we want then how hard is it for the people to read the screen on their menu board at their stations because my whole order was wrong and screwed up because they can’t do the order properly After you’re getting the food remade you turn around and the food still cold again how hard is it to work at a fast food restaurant

I don't normally have a problem with them, but I got some really terrible quality (bad) food today - the oldest, coldest fries and nuggets in the world. I'm mad that I paid money for that. I'm mad that someone thought that was okay to serve that junk to someone and accepted money for that.
Only 1 Employee that gave a damn about customers! Everyone was rude and ignored customers i ordered inside and waited for 2 meals for probably 30 minutes. There were 3 customers inside and drive thru was dead. If it wasn't for a guy named Dre I would have walked out. They are the worst place!

This is easily the second worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to, and is unfortunately the closest one to my house. I go here quarterly te a bit, because it’s McDonald’s. At best it’s gonna get maybe 3 stars. That said, there have been times I’ve waited more than an hour in the drive thru, and I’d say that they mess up orders around 80% of the time. If there were another Mickey d’s in a reasonable area, I’d avoid this place like the plague.

At this McDonalds I was charged for 1 pack of sauce to go with my chicken I ordered. That is crazy no sign up or anything about people having to pay extra for their dipping sauces . Not only that their customer service is awful. I was treated bad by the workers in the front. This place needs better management and learn how to treat people.
