The most unprofessional, disrespectful mcdonalds in the area. Spend 30$ wait 35 minutes for a chicken sandwich they said and THEN get cold food and its an issue cause I dont want cold food that was left sitting on the counter that whole time?! Ever since the blonde lady left ( she went to broadway i think) this place has went down hill soo much...doesnt seem no one is in charge, as they stand up front fumbling bags and gigglin. Hopefully they get it together soon.

Not a bad McDonald's overall. The food was hot and came out quickly, which is always a plus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness really brought the experience down. The floors were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was in rough shape—urine all over the floor, to the point that people were tracking it through the restaurant. If they stepped up the cleaning, this location would be a lot better.

Drive thru attendant couldn't get the order right because she kept talking over us.
Had lunch at 5260 Millertown in Knoxville on 4-30-25 and they had the rudest manager and cashier I've ever seen. Wrong order and terrible food. Wait time was 30 minutes and the manager used a curse word with me. Definitely reporting her!

hey mcdonald’s, can you hire people who actually know how to take orders. every damn time i go here, something is messed up. i just wanted food after my 8 hr shift, guess i’ll learn to cook myself. didn’t know it was that hard to take an order, and i do it everyday

Went through drive through at 5:30 am. Just had no sleep with a kid doing a sleep study just wanted something hot. I asked for a Mc chicken sausage McMuffin no cheese lactose intolerant and a hashbrown. Get down the road both our sandwiches were hard bread cold meat and hashbrown and then cheese on the McMuffin which I didn't know until the second bite. The first bite cause no matter cheese on that corner but the 2nd bite definitely tasted the cheese open it up and yep there it was. I contacted the store soon as i could bring over and dial the number. The manager Ashley answered i told her the issue she said to come back and they would fix it. I told her I was already haft way home could she put my name on the beoeoks she told me I would haft to bring the stuff back to get my order fixed like are you serious. She said it was the policy by the owners. I told her with no sleep a kid who just wanted to eat since we hadn't ate since 5 the day before that then I'll put it in the freezer and bring it in sometime today or tomorrow. Now I'm home having to make a hot breakfast which I should of gotten there in the first place and having to go to restroom every 3 minutes along with my stomach in literal knots. Thanks Mcthi Donald's I have to spend my day in the restroom. Don't go to s store unless you like cold hard bread and fod want a upset stomach. If I could give 0 stars I would.
