Great food and awesome atmosphere! The pizza was fresh, the service was friendly, and everything came out quick. Definitely my new go-to spot!

One bad night doesn’t define a business but some constructive criticism:

seated at 6:35p, first food arrived starting 7:25p!! Two burgers arrived not hot, then wings not hot, then 4-5 min last a 10” pizza (hot). Had to ask for silverware. Floor really dirty. Clearly not enough help. While I know it’s not the waitress’s fault, it would be smart to apologize and maybe comp at least the drinks (iced tea and lemonade) which had to cost pennies. We were ready to walk out just before the burgers and then again just before the pizza. At least let the customer know you’re not happy either. We’re rational. Did see employees hustling. Sometimes just not a good night!

I often order takeout to take for myself and my sister to have lunch together at her business in Knoxville. Always split wings. In the beginning it was great and the food and portion sizes of wings and carrots and celery looked exactly like the menu photos. But for the past 2 months they are ripping off the portions of carrot and celery sticks. One box never has any at all and the box that does have any has 3 or 4 max. I just made my last order from them. I cannot recommend them for takeout based on my recent transactions with them. I suppose they assume once you're gone it's too bad and your ony choice is to just tough it and accept being ripped off. I don't know what happened there to cause the change in what was previously flawless takeout quality but they need to change it back. If it's new management they need to fire them.

Came from Childrens for dinner, they were having a trivia night and sat us right next to the microphone even tho we said we weren’t playing, also our poor waitress was ran to DEATH due to all the trivia players. Nothing wrong with trivia but the set up definitely needs to be better, sections for trivia players with waitresses for that and ones for non trivia players, we’ve been to mellows in different states and in Sevierville and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had also pizza was dry and not good same for the artichoke dip it took 20 minutes to order drinks even please if as a business you’re going to do these nights set them up different because this was AWFUL

I go to this Mellow all the time and absolutely love it! I always get the Super Pep Pizza and it is delicious! Bella is a wonderful bartender, as well as server, she always takes wonderful care of us! Be sure to request her! I recommend going here, especially on Wednesdays for trivia! They’ve also added pool tables and corn hole! It is elevating!

I had Bella as my bartender and the drink and my salad were incredible and such a fun environment. She is very friendly and creates a good atmosphere. I highly recommend the elevated cobb salad!

WE ORDERED A LARGE PIZZA AND A LARGE GREEK SALAD YESTERDAY AT 235PM. MY HUSBAND ARRIVED THERE AT 255PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A COUPLE OF MINUTES MORE. HE RECIVED THE PIZZA AT 330PM. WHEN HE BOUGHT THE ORDER HOME INSTEAD OF A LARGE GREEK SALAD THEY SENT A SMALL GREEK SALAD. I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SMALL ORDER THAT TOOK AN HOUR TO RECIEVE AND THE MANAGER ( MAN ) TOLD ME THEN I SHOULD'VE ORDERED THRU DOOR DASH. IF THIS IS NOT THE MOST STUPID RESPONSE OF THIS MANAGERS INEPTITUDE TO RUN A BUSINESS. HE BLAMES IT ON A TOTALLY IRRELEVANT OTHER PARTY INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICE PAID FOR. I REALLY USED TO LIKE MELLOW MUSHROOM BUT I WILL NO LONGER B PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SRRVICE IS NO LONGER A PRIORITY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. PROBABLY A TRUMP SUPPORTED FRANCHISE. NOT SURPRISED AT ALL.
