Mellow Mushroom Knoxville

Came from Childrens for dinner, they were having a trivia night and sat us right next to the microphone even tho we said we weren’t playing, also our poor waitress was ran to DEATH due to all the trivia players. Nothing wrong with trivia but the set up definitely needs to be better, sections for trivia players with waitresses for that and ones for non trivia players, we’ve been to mellows in different states and in Sevierville and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had also pizza was dry and not good same for the artichoke dip it took 20 minutes to order drinks even please if as a business you’re going to do these nights set them up different because this was AWFUL

WE ORDERED A LARGE PIZZA AND A LARGE GREEK SALAD YESTERDAY AT 235PM. MY HUSBAND ARRIVED THERE AT 255PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A COUPLE OF MINUTES MORE. HE RECIVED THE PIZZA AT 330PM. WHEN HE BOUGHT THE ORDER HOME INSTEAD OF A LARGE GREEK SALAD THEY SENT A SMALL GREEK SALAD. I CALLED BACK TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS SMALL ORDER THAT TOOK AN HOUR TO RECIEVE AND THE MANAGER ( MAN ) TOLD ME THEN I SHOULD'VE ORDERED THRU DOOR DASH. IF THIS IS NOT THE MOST STUPID RESPONSE OF THIS MANAGERS INEPTITUDE TO RUN A BUSINESS. HE BLAMES IT ON A TOTALLY IRRELEVANT OTHER PARTY INSTEAD OF TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SERVICE PAID FOR. I REALLY USED TO LIKE MELLOW MUSHROOM BUT I WILL NO LONGER B PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS. CUSTOMER SRRVICE IS NO LONGER A PRIORITY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. PROBABLY A TRUMP SUPPORTED FRANCHISE. NOT SURPRISED AT ALL.

Dilyn was our waitress tonight. We had a large party and she was so welcoming and beyond kind. She was very patient with everyone ordering and all the split checks. She offered to take group photos and was very prompt about refills, to go boxes, and she made sure our food got out quickly. Dilyn has a radiant smile and will be a phenomenal engineer one day! Thank you

I absolutely love Mellow Mushroom, it’s one of my go to restaurants. I absolutely love that they accommodate my gluten free allergy. They take all safety precautions into consideration when it comes to gluten free foods. They have several gluten free pizza options and a gluten free brownie! Not to mention their friendly service!

The food was good and the order was right, the atmosphere was cool. Parking is a challenge, but that's to be expected being on Cumberland Ave.

Stopped in for dinner after a trip into Knoxville. Overall everything was good. The food was good, but we had to wait for a second pizza to be made, as the waitress had, apparently, dropped the first one.

It was a bit noisy, while we were there, as they were having a trivia contest.

While the food is good, I walked in to place a to go order and was ignored by about 20 employees walking back and forth in front of me. One guy came up to the computer I was standing in front of and never looked up at me before walking away. Took about 10 minutes of me standing there before someone acknowledged me.

It was game weekend. I had to find our waiter. My son ordered a cheese calzone, there was NO cheese. Makes sense there was not a long wait on a game day. I know they were busy, but it was a horrible experience. Will overpay for stadium food before we will go back.

The holy shiitake pie was phenomenal along with our service from Michael. He was so pleasant, Genuine and personal. Definitely worth the visit here and he made the service that much nicer. I’ll be coming back when we visit again from Michigan.

I've ordered a small pizza twice now for lunch and they were great. I ordered a large tonight to take home, not an inexpensive pizza. When I got home I opened the box and found a huge disappointment. I found about as many toppings on a large as I find on a small. Never again.

Monday lunch at noon. There was no wait time. I ordered 3 pretzels to go. They were ready in about 10 minutes. Parts of the pretzels were kinda thin, so they were pretty hard where the thin parts were, but other than that, they were excellent.
