This place is GREAT!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Calvin was our waiter today. It was mine and my boyfriend’s first time. We both got the Rasberry Ice Tea & the Chicken & Waffles (photos below) we also tried the Apple Cinnamon Pancake & WOW I’ve never had anything like that. I’m not even a fan of pie like that & I’d order this again & again & again!!!! Best fried chicken I’ve had in a looooooooong time too. Calvin was on top of our refills and giving us enough space to enjoy our food but didn’t leave us hanging. He always made sure we were good on napkins, drinks and everything was tasting good!!! He was so nice and was so happy we were first timers. Highly recommend! We will definitely be going back!!!

Today, 12/28/2025, was my first experience, at Metro Diner. It will be my first choice for breakfast, for now@ The service, food and customer service, were first rate. I got to sit at the counter to observe the efficiency of the cooks and their interactions. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them for a unique dining experience. Our server was Tori R. She was very friendly and attentive.

Sat near the open kitchen and watched food slip off a plate onto the counter where the heat lamps are and the cook grabbed the food, put it back on the plate, and sent it! Do better. Service was good.

I wish I had taken pictures but I was too eager to get to eating. Food is wonderful. Had the limited holiday Country Fried Turkey and gravy, which I highly recommend. Chicken pot pie and shepherds pie are both great. Phenomenal staff. Go check em out !!!!
