These people sucked. We came in 20 minutes before close and they each screamed cuss words and one had to fill up the rice and the other said “you are better than me”. We all ordered bowls to make their hard lives easier, I even tipped them 15%. I work in hospitality and it’s so unfortunate to meet people like this who just suck. Not to mention our bowls got skimmed too 😐

My wife and I have been coming here since we were students at UT, about 12 years. This place is officially circling the drain. Employees were incredibly rude. One guy serving food was clapping at a customer to get his attention. The food presentation was horrible. The meat and beans were dry and crusted to the pans. The restaurant was dirty. I will never be back to this location.

MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY !! You would think if you were going to spend money there that you wouldn’t get your vechile tow. NOPE BECAUSE YOU WILL AND THE MANAGER WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE AND SAY ITS “POLICY” Parked there for 5 maybe 10 minutes to walk across the road and come back only to learn they were towing my vechile. This is not OK whatsoever what do people do that are not from the area and have children I was billed with $200 bill and nor even able to pick up my car because the office closes at 5PM so people are supposed to sleep on the street? How do you sleep at night doing this to someone? COPORATE will be hearing from me this is NOT ok at all. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you want to uber home horrible experience. DO BETTER!!!!

Every worker on October 12, 2025, was unbelievably rude. I’ve never come across a group of employees who cared less about basic manners or customer service. They treated everyone terribly, especially one cashier who kept scoffing, rolling her eyes, and making nasty side comments. It was embarrassing to watch, and my friends and I couldn’t believe how unprofessional they were.
We were polite and did nothing to deserve that kind of attitude. No customer should ever be treated that way. If those employees hate their jobs that much, maybe they shouldn’t be working with the public. Management seriously needs to step in because that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable imo.

They catered our wedding when we ran into vendor issues less than a month before the event and they absolutely saved the day!!! The food was delicious, they delivered it to our event venue, and the setup/presentation was extremely professional. Not to mention their catering costs are super reasonable!!

My wife and I wanted two different items for lunch. I wanted Canes and she wanted Moe’s. I parked at Moes and got both our foods only to learn they were towing my car to in the process of doing business. I’m out two hundred dollars and did business with company. When trying to talk to the manager to show I was doing business, he left to run errands. I won’t be ordering food from them ever again. I’m reaching out to corporate as well. Tried to talk to the manager but he magically left during the lunch rush. Corporate will be reimbursing me.

Have been a huge fan of Moes and have probably spent hundreds of dollars there since arriving on campus 4 years ago. However, given the horrendous parking situation on the strip, I parked at Moes for 10 minutes and walked to Whataburger. Within the 10 minutes, my car was towed and I was hit with a $250 bill. I hope Moes feels good about themselves. They have just lost me as a customer, and I will continue to tell everyone I know to neither use their parking lot or spend money inside their greasy store.

Went to moes to get food but had to make a quick stop across the street came back to see my car getting towed. What kind of business does this?!? I had to pay the guy $200 to let it down that was ridiculous as someone that was getting food from there.
I truly will never come back to this location it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY PLACE

Do not support this business. Got lunch there, finished eating then walked down the street to check out a couple new shops. When I came back 10 minutes later they were towing my car. $200 manager was rude. I'll bet he makes a percentage from the tow truck drivers. Total sham of a business. Plus the place was dirty.

Had a friend buy food here while working on an ambulance, and he sat in the parking lot while he ate waiting on his partner on the ambulance to return to leave. The owner became irate and was threatening to call law enforcement because they were occupying parking after spending 20 dollars on garbage food. Obviously the owner doesn’t care about customers spending money. Don’t visit to buy food, just occupy the lot if you get the chance.
MANAGER OF THIS PLACE NEEDS FIRED! You would think if you were going to be spending money that they would not tow your car. Parked here for under 5 minutes and decided to go to Walgreens first so I could get paper towels and get fresh food after. They IMMEDIATELY called to have my vehicle towed. They then went to tell me that they have to run a business and need the parking spots when I was the only one there. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Not a way to bring back more customers! They act like they are the ones who own it. If you have nothing better to do with your life I feel awful for you. Go get your GED and go to college.
