Outstanding food and service! Beer selection was good, but BOURBON selection was fantastic!!!

Chicken is great, but so are their baby back ribs. Great spirit and tapped beer selection. Watch the game on TVs at the bar with the attentive bartenders.

Would have liked to give this 4 or 5 stars but one employee's actions put a significant blemish on what was shaping up to be a fine experience. Food was very solid! Our server was courteous and helpful. In fact, almost all the hard-working staff appeared to be really hustling to keep the plates spinning during a busy Saturday. The one hang-up was our food came for sometime before a 2nd round of drinks showed. I attempted to politely inquire with the bar if drinks sitting for several minutes at the end of the bar included what was for our table (which it did). The bartender snapped at me and basically dismissed like a child and told me go sit down. I've worked in food service and I WOULD NEVER TALK TO A CUSTOMER THIS WAY...NEVER EVER!!! Thankfully there are many great places to go in Market Square and we have options. We will give Myrtle's a break for awhile. When we convince ourselves to put Myrtle's back in the rotation for our family and friends, if that bartender is working we will turn right around and leave.

Typically I like this place. Went with a group of four and was put on a waitlist. We get seated a table but there was a booth right next to it that was clean. We asked if we could take the booth and was told no. Reason being that they reserve the booth for parties of 6. We look at all the booths around, none of them have 6. A few minutes later a party of 3 comes and is sat in the booth we asked for. Not a fan of being lied to, it’s immoral

Ordered over $50 in food to go and they didn’t give me fried chicken on my salad, even left a tip like a chump. Never coming back

This was my first time eating here, and i had the greatest service! the food is amazing and they don’t scimp you on food portion that’s for sure. would come back again and again

For a place with fried chicken in their name it was disappointing that the fried chicken was the worst part of the meal. Service was friendly and timed well.

Showed up on a Saturday at 5 PM and was quickly seated. 30 minutes later, there was a big line. Fantastic food. We were intrigued by the Tomato Pie. After our first bite, we knew why it is so popular. Such a great item. Chicken Pot Pie and Fried Chicken were outstanding. Without a doubt, 5 stars.

Service was left lacking. Our server literally dropped our food and walked away before asking if we needed anything (we did) and didn’t get a check in until the very end of our meal. Drink wasn’t as described but the food was amazing! We would have loved to try desert but we weren’t offered a menu.
