Food had good flavor, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold mac and cheese, cold and under cooked broccolini. The chicken salad sandwich was good and the chicken tenders were good (although slightly cool again) overall decent but could be so much better. Can't speak to the drinks, as we wanted to order some but after we put in our initial order we didn't see our waiter again until the food came out

I really wanted to love this place so I’m sad to leave only 2 stars. The wings were pretty much flavorless and the cole slaw, which should have been creamy, was quite dry. The service was fast and friendly.

Wowowow. The Myrtle’s Tomato Pie is the best I’ve ever had, and first place I’ve found in Knoxville to have it. Amazing drinks and food. Quick service.Parking: Park at Market Square garage for the cheapest, easiest parking right next to the square

We're here on a visit and the beautiful day brought us to the square. All the great reviews had us stop here. I'm not sure if we're just not used to the food in the area or what but the food didn't have much flavor besides pepper on the chicken. The ribs had zero spice or flavor if you didn't add bbq sauce to them. As for the service is was really lacking. The order was taken and the food was brought but we didn't get checked on at all. I really wanted to like this place. One last thing. The music was so loud you had to yell to have a conversation with your table. I'm super disappointed. Not sure I would come back here.

Order fried chicken meal with dark meat with tomato pie. Not sure if my expectations are too high for this specialized chicken place or I ordered something not popular ( maybe should have go with waiter's suggestions with chicken tenders) the meat is just OK. I have better ones from where I live. Tomato pie is fine; very cheesy.

Love this place. The best Nashville chicken salad I have ever had. Careful it's hot. Try the tomato pie and the pimento fritters, too. Excellent service!
Ribs and chicken are amazing! When I'm back in town I this will be my go to place. I dare to say this is the best food in town.

The chicken wings are ok seems like the flavor was only from the BBQ sauce. Size was good as this is an appetizer pictured below. With a size of broccoli. Service was great kept my drink refilled.

Waitress was super nice and served us well. The hostess and I guess manager, RUDE! Couldn't be seated while my husband parked the car because he WASNT there yet. Then proceeded to sit other people and when my husband walked in told me i had a 30 min wait. Someone over heard and moced around some seats for us to be able to sit. Then heard him tell another guy he can't sit and not order. The bar was open with no one sitting there. I ask the hostess if she could get our waitress, we needed to add to our order, she looks at me and says she's busy. She didn't look, she didn't ask, she had her back our waitress. Their restaurant must be golden because they sure acted like it. NEVER AGAIN!!

It's little and homey. The bartender was very kind and I enjoyed having a conversation while I waited for my food, which wasn't long. Hands down the best friend chicken I've ever had. It was a moment of mixed emotions because I was so happy because it was so good, but so sad because I live nine hours away and can't have it more often.
