Naf Naf Grill

I tried this place for the first time in November and really enjoyed it. I had the build your own plate with baba ghanoush, rice, falafel, chicken, chopped salad, and sumac onions. I got the plate to try many things since I couldn't entirely decide. I also added naf fries which were absolutely delicious by the way especially dipped in tahini. Food is good here, it is still one of my fav places as being a vegetarian, it's difficult to find good food options. But the service has declined recently. In fact for my last visit, they forgot to put Falafel entirely in my (takeaway)order, which was not the sole protein source for my lunch. It's far and thus I could not drive back all the way when I am hungry and in the middle of eating the food at home. Their recent addition of Fries is also good.

I accidentally placed my order at the Cedar Bluff location this past week. As soon as I realized it, I called that location and canceled my order.Then through the website, was able to contact customer service.Not only was my order refunded, but a very nice email was sent from a real person ? to let me know!This is excellent service. And the pita is amazing!!
