We love Nektar, but the last couple of times the service has been slow and our bowls have not been ready when they said they would be. We did the online order on Tuesday this past week and were told by 11:38 it would be ready, but at 11:55 no one had come out to our car to deliver it so we had to go in and get it. When we went in they had just started making it. Very disappointing service as we had many things to do that day and made us late to what we were going to next.

Just picked up my second juice cleanse with Nektar and I intend on continuing so long as I do not move. (I don't live close so I don't frequently visit) Juices taste great. Also stayed to work inside for a bit and I LOVE the low bar. I hate sitting in high chairs at the bars with my computer, and I do not think I have ever seen another low bar before. 10/10. Huge fan of touching my feet to the ground.

I'm old and have higher cholesterol. No more daily Taco Bell runs. Also at times eating is a hassle and I rather just drink a meal. Therefore I get on the app, order my drink, ride up, drop in, wait less than 1min, say our thank yous, and bounce and sip. Drink is delish. Fresh. Keeps me from growing more cholesterol.

We love nekter! The reason I lowered my food review from a 5 was due to my disappointment in recently learning that you use Splenda in all your protein powders. It is damaging to your gut. Please consider replacing your protein powder with unsweetened (artificial or otherwise) versions. Allow the customer to choose if and how their beverages are sweetened! Thank you for your friendly service.

Vegetarian options: They’ve got pea protein, not just whey protein - which is nice for vegans. I’m pretty sure it’s all vegetarian, and you can go vegan easily.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, however…Waited at the register for over 10 minutes before order was taken and then paid $30 for a bowl and juice. Nobody working there acknowledged we were standing there. All had heads down and didn’t look in our direction. There’s a sign on the door that says wait times are longer than usual, but for 5 staff members to not even acknowledge us or say “Hey I’m sorry about the wait, we’re slammed, we’ll be with you asap” there’s no excuses for that.Then, waited for 20 minutes for the order to come out. When it finally did, employee didn’t say a word to me even though she was standing right there. PB&J Bowl was watery, bland, and not good. The juice was okay. Very limited parking.Cool shop on the inside, I’ll give you that, but experience was pretty horrendous.
