Food is good, but some of the delicacies representative of Chinese food are absent, or not characteristic. For example, the attached "Won-Ton" was a minimal effort and unseasoned. I would recommend it for casual Chinese at a good price, but if you want to explore the cuisine closer to an authentic experience, I would suggest Asia Kitchen (with Sunrise next door), or for value, Yummy Yummy Teriyaki.
I really never do the "review" thing. I have gone to this little restaurant sense it opened. For many , many years I had lunch there 4 times a week. It was the little hole in the wall place with good food, and great prices. Recently there has been a change in management. They closed for a little while and then reopened. I started going back and found the menu has been added to and many new dishes added. This is ok , not a bad thing. Yes some of my old favorite dishes...
This is a really good "hole in the wall" Chinese restaurant. They have been in the Norwood community since the 1980's and they have stayed open because their food is good! Their wonton soup is the best in Knoxville, hands down! Their prices are fair and the staff is nice. I love the interior of this place. It has the 80's feel to it, which is somewhat nostalgic for me. Try them out!
