This is my second time ordering for take out from Newks and my first time picking it up myself. When I walked in I was greeted and even given a tour because I mentioned it was my first time in with them. The person who greeted me and gave me the tour (I am appalled that I can not remember his name!) was extremely personable and absolutely ensured that I will continue to come back to them for my lunches. The sandwich was *chefs kiss*, perfect. I also had the 5 cheese Mac and cheese...
Food was delicious! Service was excellent! We all had sandwiches and sweet tea; everyone was complimentary of their choice. They have pickles, mozzarella cheese, croutons, and banana peppers in small containers for you to choose, if you like.
I love their Italian sandwich. Ingredients are so fresh.
I’ve only been to Nick’s like four or five times several times in a different city and this is my second time in Knoxville..
I will rate each item individually one to five stars.
Today I got the Italian….4.7 stars, The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is whatever makes the Italian sandwich spicy. I think they went A little heavy on it this time, but it wasstill good
