Nixons has always had the best steamed hoagies in town. I’ve never had anything at Nixons that was not good. The staff always gives great service. They also have very good fresh brewed sweet tea. I’ve been going to Nixons’s for many many years and never have been disappointed.

Ordered for delivery, order was incorrect, drink missing and the pasta salad looks like soup. I paid $40 for 3 sandwiches and was overly disappointed. This location doesn't hold a flame to the others in the city; and my delivery driver said they were rude!!! I tried to call the restaurant to advise of my issue and the phone is disconnected, what kind of business are you running? Then have the nerve to have a support small business logo on the website. This location I will never order from again!!!

We walked in and there were only 2 people there eating. We stood at the counter for 7 minutes and none of the 3 women working there even acknowledged our presence! We decided to leave. First and last time we visited this place! VERY poor customer service!!

When to order a sandwich the man was cleaning up with the same gloves he prepped my sandwich with then he had the nerve to get a napkin and wipe the gloves off very nasty very unsanitary he was cleaning up as he was prepping my sandwich with the same gloves then he went back to fixing my sandwich nasty nasty poor customer service do not clean up while you are prepping a sandwich wait till after you are done fixing the sandwich why would you use the gloves to clean the meat off the counters with then go back to prepping the sandwich without changing your gloves poor customer service nasty people cooks need to separate cooking and cleaning🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
