While visiting Knoxville, I had the opportunity to enjoy some of the Nothing Bundt Cake flavors. I'm hooked. I love their variety and haven't had one yet that I didn't like. My mother is gluten free, and I shared the gluten free options with her. She loved them as well and always wants more when I visit the area. Highly recommended!! Keep up the good work!

I attempted to order two dozen bundtinis for my daughter's birthday party at school. Staff informed me that an order for specific flavors (i.e., chocolate chocolate chip, confetti, and vanilla) could not be made during the holiday season because only predetermined assortments of bundtinis are available during the holiday season. The predetermined assortments include flavors that elementary-age children will not enjoy (e.g., mint). In order to obtain two dozen of the flavors we want, we would have to purchase an inordinate amount of the predetermined assortments. It is unfortunate that Nothing Bundt Cakes cannot fulfill an order for a loyal customer, particularly for my daughter who picked their cakes over other dessert options to share with her friends at school. "No" is an alienating answer for a business to offer to a customer in response to a reasonable request. I will take my business to a local bakery that can do the job and provide the products and service we desire.

Thank goodness this wasn’t my first visit. If it had been I would never be back. I have been here before and was always very pleased. Unfortunately yesterday at 1:30 was not the experience I received. Came in with my daughter to pick out her birthday cake like we have for years now. Was told by the young lady at the front we couldn’t have what we wanted from your catalog on the table but if wanted to try and piece something together we could. Ok?? She dumps a basket of flowers on the counter and says we can pick one of those. She then starts to ring up a 10 inch chocolate cake when I asked for red velvet. When I corrected her she said well I don’t think we have that even though I can see one in the case in front of me. She then pulls it out. Doesn’t remove the plastic puts the flower on top of the plastic and pokes a happy birthday flag thru the top of the plastic. I told her I wanted a completed cake and not something I had to assemble at home. She told me she couldn’t do it. Then grumbled something, took it in the back for a few minutes and came back with it now with the plastic removed. Put it in a box flattened the lid down on it and taped it shut. Honestly I’m afraid to open it tonight at the party. Then as I’m paying for it and the candles I wanted. She hands the candles to my daughter and says here you can just carry this. No bag no thank you no nothing. Wow it took every ounce of me not to explode right there but I did not want to embarrass my daughter or myself for that matter.
Now with all that being said let’s address the real issue. You have a really sweet special needs young lady working there. The young woman waiting on me has no business directing this person at all. She was unbelievably rude to her and this needs to be addressed immediately. The young woman was simply trying to assemble boxes and place them correctly. She even engaged us at the counter being very proud of what she was doing. The young woman waiting on us was very rude to her and showed no kindness or patience at all. She should be ashamed of how she was treating her.

I had bundtinis delivered last night to my home to have to take for a co-workers birthday this morning, and the Uber driver must have hit his breaks hard a couple times cause the cupcakes were all upside down and messed up....I called the store at 6pm (which is closing time) and not only did she take the call, she drove to my house and delivered a new perfect dozen! That is going above and beyond in customer service!! Customer for life!!

I had a very bad experience on Father’s Day’s. I got off from work to purchase several Bundt cake. The cashier told me that she couldn’t change my Hundred dollar bill. I told her I wait to let the other customer to go in front of me to be serviced. She still wouldn’t take my money. I was the only black person waiting to see if she would have enough change to give me $60.00 back. She refused to take my hundred dollar bill working out of both cash register. I was so embarrassed one of the customer told the cashier that after she place her order, she paid in cash that she would have enough to give me the change from that hundred dollars bills. The cashier ignored her also. I went out to my car to get $13.00 in cash.tmI don’t know if she was prejudiced or what that she would not take my money.

It was frustrating as I tried to be proactive to make sure they had one for me and they told me one thing and had nothing when I got there. I got an 8" bundt cake, blueberry lemon. The cake was delicious and my boyfriend loved it as he had not had one from there before.
