No place is worth waiting an hour for food after you order. It took an hour to get a seat, which on a Saturday is understandable. However, by the time we got our food two hours later I was past the point of being hungry and was somewhat lightheaded. Maybe there aren’t enough trendy places in Knoxville for diners to eat brunch. And the food was pretty good once it arrived. But we won’t be back.

I stopped in for breakfast while visiting Knoxville. The vibrant Old City location is the perfect setting for this casual eatery featuring an inspired menu and friendly service. I loved the lemon buttermilk pancakes with smoked pork belly.

Worth any wait you might have. Daily specials and a great menu. Coffee is local and food is one of the best breakfast/brunch in Knoxville.

Amazing! My husband I were traveling through town and stopped in for brunch. The food looked delicious, and I didn’t stop to take a snap before digging in (that’s why the photos are clearly post-bite).The smashed potatoes are light and creamy inside and crispy outside - the perfect combo. The sage sausage was delicious, and the eggs were poached (for me) and fried (for him) to perfection. The biscuits are fluffy, and who even knew that English muffin bread was even a thing?!? Oh, and the bloody Mary’s and mimosas were top notch. To top it all off, it was blue skies inside with a wall of Dolly. Highly recommend.TL;DR - Yes, 100% you should try this place.

Amazing breakfast with great vegan offerings! Portions were perfect. Service was quick even when the restaurant was packed.

This breakfast was so good!! I consider myself a breakfast connoisseur and this was my favorite of the four places I visited. I just got the standard breakfast with perfect scrambled eggs, an English muffin (which was more like delicious grilled toast) along with smashed potatoes. The coffee was also so delicious! Service was lovely and the patio serene. May stop here again on my way out of town.

AMAZING! Absolutely beat breakfast we’ve ever had. Service was on point and excellent recommends. Sat at a table next to the kitchen and the kitchen staff were even having a great time cutting up with us. We will 100% be back next time we visit Knoxville. The smash potato’s are the best thing on the planet.

This food is absolutely fabulous. We’ve gone to breakfast here two days in a row and are going again tomorrow. The chef makes everything from scratch and all the ingredients are top notch. We had the Benedict, the grits and the OliBea breakfast plate with pickle fried chicken and roasted smashed potatoes and the carnitas tostada. This is undoubtedly the best fried chicken on the planet. Bold statement but true. It was so good that we ordered take out for our parents both days. Do not sleep on this restaurant. Straight fire! Woot!

It all starts with the ingredients - and all of it was awesome ; down the the homemade jams …. Try the “problem biscuit “ with jalapeño jam….. Fluffy lemon pancakes … Orange juice was freshly squeezed. Coffee was 1st rate …

This cute little restaurant had great service and yummy food! We ordered the Tofu Sando, Veggie Burrito, and Lemon Pancake. They were all so delicious. The Tofu Sando had a great spicy flavor. The Veggie Burrito was very filling. The Lemon pancake had the perfect amount of lemon. We would recommend eating here for vegan and non-vegan alike. The patio seating was great too.

I stopped in for breakfast while visiting Knoxville. The vibrant Old City location is the perfect setting for this casual eatery featuring an inspired menu and friendly service. I loved the lemon buttermilk pancakes with smoked pork belly. I don't think I've ever had a perfect pancake until today. Light and fluffy on the inside with a delicate crisp outside...like eating a poufy summer sky cloud. And while not part of the menu, is they have blackberry as jam of the day, it pairs perfectly with the lemon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Worth the wait! Usually packed during brunch hours- I decided to stick out the wait time. The fresh OJ was delicious (whether as a mimosa or not!).Though southern or southwest staples in the menu seemed their thing, I ordered the Tofu Sando- DELICIOUS. Crisped in a southern fried way with super soft bread, everything tasted fresh and the wait staff was very attentive. If I had to make must-try suggestions off the menu it’d be the smashed potatoes and the OJ! Definitely the OJ.
