I called in an order for a meat lovers calzone and walked down (from Fort Sanders) to get it. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, by a very friendly energetic young man. I told him I was there for my call in order and he said it was in the oven and would be out shortly, which it was. So A+ for service. I walked back to where I was headed and opened the box. The calzone looked great and smelled even better. I could tell when I was cutting it into small enough slices for me to be able to eat it, that the bread was very light and fluffy with just enough crispiness and a slight garlicky flavor (I could tell when I licked my fingers). I took a bite and it was everything I could ask for in a calzone. It was filled with meats that were sliced instead of chunks. It was overflowing with cheese. It had the just the right amount of sauce inside that it wasn’t messy, but added to the flavor perfectly (you do get a cup of marinara if you want to dip it for more sauce). I was only able to eat half, and will have the other half for lunch tomorrow (or quite possibly a late snack). I cannot comment on their other food, but I can imagine it is fantastic as well. As usual, the small locally owned eateries are often overlooked gems. Definitely adding as one of my go to places when I am in Knoxville.
Charges You and Doesn't Bring Your Item! An item was left off an order my coworkers and I made for lunch and to be delivered. I called Oscars to let them know we didn't receive it. They said they were too busy to bring the item and I would have to call Slice to get a refund. So they had no problem taking the money on a good sized order but completely refused to bring the paid for item. They refused to make their error right and had the customer fix their problem in getting a refund. It's no big deal that an oversight occurs. But do the right thing and correct your mistake instead of refusing to make it right. On top of it I had given a 20% tip to be treated this way. Shame on you Oscar's for treating customers so deplorable. I hope your actions come back to you.

0 stars. They accepted my uber eats order and i walked 2 miles to get there and then i said let me pick it up and he went to kitchen and came back saying we have to cancel we will be coming back from 15:00h and it was 13:00h. Also its super dirty and smell like mold. DO NOT ORDER HERE
