Party of 5 at 6pm. Not very busy when we arrived, but by the time we left it was packed. Service was very good, quick and the place was clean. Most dishes we had were excellent. White rice was bland and cold. Shrimp appetizer was undercooked and flavorless. Salt and pepper prawns were also undercooked and under seasoned. Lo mein was a bit off, I'm guessing it was the sauce. Overall pretty decent, but a bit disappointing.
Ordered carryout - we picked up on time but it was very cold by the time we got home (drive is less than 10 minutes). Portion size was laughable. Entrees were over salted and lacked any complex flavor. We used to love PF Chang's but this chain has gone massively downhill - definitely won't return.

Honestly, we were a little surprised at what a lovely experience it was. It was a very busy Friday night and we were able to get a table quickly, the service was outstanding. Cass was wonderful. The food came promptly and it was delicious. It was a lovely experience overall.
Food was subpar at best, I ordered the honey chicken which the chicken was hard and tough and sauce was not great. Lettuce wraps were good, but had to ask for better looking lettuce….manager was sitting at the bar talking to bartender and had his back to dining room….the young lady server I had was amazing and very attentive, but based on how the manager represented himself, Why complain in person and inconvenience him to have to get up. People forget they have an opportunity to serve and make a living in this industry, without the business they have no job….Spent $50 with tip and left unsatisfied and disappointed, this is not the Changs I remember.

Well....things have certainly changed. My favorite lettuce wraps are cerainly not the same. And the sauce is just not good. When did a glass of tea in Tennessee start costing 4.39? Holy smokes! And, there are some strange rules about happy hour. You must be sitting at the bar top to get the specials. Not at the high tops 5 feet from the bar top in the bar area. The food quality is not as good either. So, not again. Our waitress was awesome.

Bartender served us and was very nice. We were in town for a funeral. She gave the kids fortune cookies and they were so happy. Overall great experience.
My late father’s ancestors from Hong Kong would be turning in their graves for such outrageous service and prices ! You’re paying for the name of this chain restaurant. Management and staff does not represent the Chinese culture of which they seem to have no idea off ! Aspen and Sydney, the two young ladies on the day of 2/4/2025 @ 3.00pm, that’s what they say their names were ?? at the reservation desk, weren’t friendly, like cold fish ! Sorry.. but where are the Asians in this location ? Would make the atmosphere more authentic ! Ordered a side of chicken wings, there was 1 wing, in the order, the other pieces were a leg/ breast/ thigh ! Chef doesn’t seem to know about the different parts of a Chicken ! Order of Chicken Wings should include Wings only !!!

What has happened to PF Chang's food? It used to be so fresh and amazing and spiced to perfection. The honey shrimp looked like Long John Silvers, the broccoli too spicy and even the rice was old and dry. The bartender was great and so was the glass of wine.

My wife and I were there recently during a slow time. Our waitress was the bartender! We weren't happy with that!

I typically don't write negative reviews, but my experience at this location on Valentine's Day was truly disappointing. I had made dinner reservations over three weeks in advance, expecting a comfortable and enjoyable evening. However, upon arrival, we were seated in an overcrowded section with extremely small tables, where I was continuously bumped into from all sides. The noise level was so overwhelming that I could barely have a conversation with my husband, making the entire experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the food lacked flavor, and it was clear that the servers were overwhelmed. The tables were so close together that I could hear multiple conversations around me, and many guests expressed similar frustrations about the cramped setup. For a restaurant charging premium prices, I expected a far better dining experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I will not be returning for any special occasions.
Teriaki beef has sweet peppers on the menu. Server said menu is not updated but they no longer come with the dish. She said she could add them and then we were charged extra! Excuse me. Your fault, now my problem. Fried rice not done with nothing added but rice. Hot and sour soup bland. All food getting worse.
Varied menu that shows nutritional info for each choice and offers brown rice as an option. The sesame chicken was delicious, included vegetables, and the chicken was not coated in batter. My friend had the appetizer lettuce wraps as her entree. It was a very generous portion that she said tasted excellent. Friendly fast service on a busy Saturday evening.
