The service was really slow, the waitress was MIA and about 2/3 the way through our dinner she spilt a whole tray of partial empty glasses and water went all over my back of my chair and got me wet from my waist down. Right after it happened she left and literally about 3-4 minutes later came back with a towel and that was it.

PF Chang's did a terrible job of taking and managing reservations. We had a reservation at 7:30pm, arrived on time to find lots of groups standing outside. Fortunately, the weather was warm. Inside the restaurant was packed with groups waiting for tables. We were originally told that they were running behind on reservations about 15 minutes. At 8:00pm we inquired again and were told we would be seated possibly in about 20 minutes. They were blaming large size groups. That is where the reservation management was poor. We left and went to Bravo's and were seated immediately.

We went there on New Years Eve. 7PM reservation. We waited 1 1/2 hours and was seated at 8:30. Service was good. Host stand was so busy, they did a good job of remaining calm, My only suggest is maybe offer reservations more far apart, knowing that people will want to hang ou and talk more.

No point in making a reservation for Christmas Eve. We confirmed our reservation 3 different times for 6:30 pm for a party of 8. Showed up at 6:20 pm, and the hostess said we would be seated shortly. Fast-Forward to 8 pm and we were still not seated. Half of our party had to leave. Thanks for the Christmas memories.

When we got there many people were waiting for a Christmas Eve dinner. While we waited for our 6 pm reservation for 65+ minutes, we kept checking in with the host. We checked in 6 times. Every time we checked in we were told that Open Table is not a reservation system. It's just a wait list! So there was a Brazalian Steak House next door. We go on their list and was seated within 20 minutes. We told the host to take us off the PF Chang list. We enjoyed our dinner there incredibly! Very noisy dining!

Stopped in for a light dinner after a long day's driving to our holiday destination. Maybe it was because it was 8 pm on the night before Christmas Eve (a Tuesday), but it was NOT busy. The hostess was welcoming and the wait staff friendly, but something was missing. The restaurant was clean, but lacked the vibe of the P.F. Chang's near our home in Michigan. We ordered egg rolls and lettuce wraps to share. Everything took a bit long to accomplish: no one brought us napkins despite our having asking—we swiped them from an adjacent table after our food was delivered and the extra sauce for lettuce wraps and egg rolls came when we were almost finished. I never received extra napkins despite asking a passing waitress and the one assigned to our table. As I write this, I'm wonder if the front of house staff was also cooking in back. Both appetizers tasted fine; the egg rolls were really nice and crispy. Sauces were a bit heavy on the horseradish.

Haven't eaten here in years but the food and service were good. Only problem don't think the bartender ran my CC through so now I'm trying to take care of this. Other than that I would go back there.

Came to Knoxville today and decided to eat here for lunch. We, my wife & I, ordered 2 starters, 2 lunch specials with fried rice extra 3 dollars each, which was not fried rice we got, 1 drink & hot tea. Besides the table being sticky, forks looked dirty, they need to be rewashed. Our bill for lunch came to $63.74. The food isnt something to talk about, had alot better for same price. Our waitress was great.

Had a quick stop for apps at the bar. Great and attentive staff. They have seasonal cocktails right now and the cranberry martini was lovely!
