Great food. The salsa was perfect, hint of oregano, just a little bit of heat. You can taste the tomatoes. Barbacoa tacos had plenty of meat and the corn tortillas were flavorful and had a nicer texture. My wife had a dish I’ve never heard of, crab and mushrooms wrapped in a tortilla and baked then covered in cheese sauce. Incredible flavor. Service was good.

What an incredible disappointment. The best part of getting a taco salad is being allowed to eat the shell. But tonight I ordered a fajita taco salad and when I got home it was sitting in a huge mess of beans and rice everything was soggy and wet it was so nasty that was a waste of 20 bucks

I've been eating here since opening day. Best salsa, anywhere. Food is always on point. The waitresses are very nice. Pancho's makes the best michelada around. All the waitresses know the michelada recipe, Salvatore taught them well.

I ordered a fajita steak burrito with rice and beans and the server brought me chicken burrito instead I brought it to her attention that she brought me the wrong order I told do not charge me for steak since you brought me chicken instead I told her this would be fine she then came back and tried to take my plate while I was eating and grabbed it with her hand and she said she could not fix the price due to it was already on the computer she then claimed it was the kitchen's staff's fault .needless to say I was disappointed in the meal and service the chicken burrito was dry tough to chew and the rice was dry as well with next to nothing flavor the salsa was bland and we still got charged for steak this being said I would not recommend this place and the other thing that bothers me is when she grabbed my plate while I was eating.

I would rate as 0. Ordered take out and it was burnt. Then did dine in for another try. The chimichanga was burnt the taco salad shell was old, the waitress was horrible. Will not be eating here again

Pancho’s has been one of my go-to spots for years and continues to be a reliable staple in the South Knoxville community. The food is always consistently good. I usually go for the hard shell taco meal or the nachos, but I’ve also tried the chicken burritos and really like those too. The portions are great, and the flavors hit the spot every time.
One of the highlights for me is their dessert—the chocolate chimichanga is hands down one of my favorite desserts anywhere. It’s chewy, warm, rich, and just the right amount of sweet.
Service can sometimes be a little hit or miss depending on how busy it is, but overall the staff is friendly and efficient. The place is casual, affordable, and perfect for a quick lunch or laid-back dinner.
Definitely worth five stars in my book for consistency, value, and one of the best local Mexican food spots around.
I didn't take any pictures but I had the shredded beef chimichanga meal and a cheese enchilada. No complaints very delicious

My husband and I have been coming here for going on four years now and we absolutely love this spot. The food is always very well made and the service is always great. Even after four years we are always trying new things on the menu, but we also have our favorites. Would highly recommend. Also, lunch goes on until 3pm, fabulous. Don't forget to try the top shelf margaritas!!
