I would rate as 0. Ordered take out and it was burnt. Then did dine in for another try. The chimichanga was burnt the taco salad shell was old, the waitress was horrible. Will not be eating here again

The ACP here is pretty good.

Pancho’s has been one of my go-to spots for years and continues to be a reliable staple in the South Knoxville community. The food is always consistently good. I usually go for the hard shell taco meal or the nachos, but I’ve also tried the chicken burritos and really like those too. The portions are great, and the flavors hit the spot every time.

One of the highlights for me is their dessert—the chocolate chimichanga is hands down one of my favorite desserts anywhere. It’s chewy, warm, rich, and just the right amount of sweet.

Service can sometimes be a little hit or miss depending on how busy it is, but overall the staff is friendly and efficient. The place is casual, affordable, and perfect for a quick lunch or laid-back dinner.

Definitely worth five stars in my book for consistency, value, and one of the best local Mexican food spots around.

I didn't take any pictures but I had the shredded beef chimichanga meal and a cheese enchilada. No complaints very delicious

My husband and I have been coming here for going on four years now and we absolutely love this spot. The food is always very well made and the service is always great. Even after four years we are always trying new things on the menu, but we also have our favorites. Would highly recommend. Also, lunch goes on until 3pm, fabulous. Don't forget to try the top shelf margaritas!!

Pancho's was able to accommodate a large group on short notice - and kept us well-supplied with drinks and tasty food. Recommended!

I can't rant and rave enough about Panchos! My family and I are here just about once a week, if not more, if that tells you anything. Wonderful food, the service is usually always on point. Our go-to server, Susie, is phenomenal! If you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant in the area, I highly recommend Panchos!

Server was amazing. The manager on the other hand was rude as can be. First they were out of ground beef which is fine i got steak but he had an attitude when he came up to tell me thats had none, i get it maybe you had a hard day but no need for the attitude. Then, they had no soap whatsoever in the bathroom, one sink was missing the soap dispenser all together. Lastly i had to wait 5 minutes just to pay, and they have a tap option and instead of letting me tap the manger takes rips my card from my hands and shoves it in the machine, watches me click to leave a 20% tip, and then has the audacity to look me in the eyes and ask if i left a tip. Never have i ever been asked if i left a tip in my opinion thats rude as hell. Tipping is optional, i however believe in leaving a tip no matter how pour the service and food is, but to ask someone something like that and take their card without asking is rude

My food was fine, but the rest of my group was not happy with their food. One of my friends didn’t even eat hers. She would have said something, but since she already was given attitude about the type of liquor out into a top shelf margarita, she wasn’t going to waste her time. My friend and I both asked why El Toro is put into the top shelf margarita and she said “it’s what they choose for it. I made it this morning.” So she told us what liquor was put into it. I then asked the manager what their top shelf tequila is and he said “el toro gold”. When I asked why that is top shelf, but the liquor is the same price as their “bottom shelf”, he said “I don’t set the price, the owner does”. So, either 2 people (including a manager) are misinformed, or the owner is lying to my friend who posted a review below. We asked multiple times to make sure we had the correct information and then were treated rudely when we weren’t okay with being charged top shelf price for a very bottom shelf tequila.

Not only is the food and service terrible but I ordered a top shelf pitcher of margaritas and got the cheapest tequila (el toro) they had. When I asked about it the server said it's top shelf because they put more cheap tequila in it than regular. That's not what top shelf means. I asked the manager why the top shelf is more when they aren't using top shelf tequila he just shrugged.
