This is my wife and I go to. Whenever we're running late or haven't made plans for dinner we run down to Panchos because the food is awesome, the staff is friendly, and your food comes out quick.

This place leaves a lot to be desired. The atmosphere isn't good. Menus sitting on a bench to great you when you walk in, everything run down and grungyFood had no seasoning whatsoever ever. The chicken tasted like it had been sitting in water. It was so saturated, liquid came pouring out every time you took a bite. And it definitely wasn't fresh. No a fleck of salt or seasoningSame with the kids' fries. Literally no salt at all. Service was average, but nothing about this place makes you want to come back. The prices weren't even great eitherI'd avoid this place, literally any chain Mexican restaurant would be better

I will start with saying we had a very friendly waitress. As for the food, there were some issues. The biggest issue being that they pick and choose which items on the menu they list as having cilantro. I'm one of the many people who think cilantro tastes like dish soap so I am very careful to pick items that don't have cilantro as an ingredient or I ask for no cilantro. I chose one of the items on the menu without cilantro. Unfortunately, when they brought my food it was covered in cilantro, so much so it was difficult to take a bite that didn't have any, even after picking off a much a possible. The only food I was able to eat that wasn't contaminated by cilantro, the rice and beans, was somewhat bland.

They didn't put items in the dish that were listed in the menu and that I'd specifically asked about. My friend's food tasted like fish and she hates fish. Out of the 4 of us, only 1 persons food was "ok".

It was wonderful! Definitely coming back and putting it in the dining out rotation. Not close to me, but worth driving a few miles out of the way. Food was delicious. Service was above and beyond. Price was reasonable. Even the bathroom was clean and well stoked. Definitely recommend!

Tacos were a little above par, they have a question dip that has chorizo and bacon in it which was amazing. My waitress sadly speaks very little English and had to have help when I asked for a glass of ice. The restaurant is slightly dark and "cold" looking if that makes sense. I would go back
