Agree this restaurant either has new management or ownership change. Food is not the same as before. I ordered today a lunch special with Hot and Sour Soup. When I pick up order I politely ask if crispy noodles were inside to go bag for Soup. Asian woman did not seem to understand. Then she gets angry at me for asking. How many times do fast food restaurants get orders wrong? A lot. So I ask so I would not have to come back for noodles. Then it goes downhill from there. Beware. Not the same place it used to be.

Kinda shabby dining area. Food must be ordered through a window. Payment is made in a drawer through the window. Food is prepared while you wait, so it's hot and fresh. I find the food to be greasy. Even the vegetables are limp, not crisp, and everything is swimming in a brown sauce

This place is by far the best Chinese food in Knoxville. Everything on the menu is great and give amazing proportions.

I have loved this place for almost 30 years but obviously they had a management change at some point. My go-to is moo goo gai pan with crab rangoons and egg drop soup. There was zero flavor with anything. Very little chicken, the rangoons were over cooked and too hard to chew. The soup was very thick and again no flavor. All of this was $22 and definitely not worth it. So very disappointed.

Weird atmosphere. Ordered via phone. Change your grease/oil. Everything fried had that burnt taste/flavor. Stop the covid thing with the "window" service. The food wasn't worth the amount paid. Won't be back.

My favorite thing to get from this place is vegetable lo mein, egg rolls with extra sauce for the lo mein noodles with packets of duck sauce and soy sauce. Duck sauce taste great with the egg rolls. Another great thing they have are the crab rangoons they are very delicious.
